I love Frankie4 shoes but my customer experience was different from all the positive reviews here.

Shana helped me with a few questions on sizing today, (8/21/23). It was a pleasure speaking with her, via my laptop. She was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and forthright regarding how to suggest sizing for one's foot without actually "knowing" the foot. She's great, let her know I appreciate her help. Now, on to ordering my first pair of Frankie4 shoes. Fingers are crossed regarding fit.

Frankie 4 Albert Park Store- Stephanie was outstanding in her customer service today. She assisted me and another lady at the same time to find the right fit/size/colour. I am a long-term customer of Frankie4 however was a little unsure whether to up size a little with boots to allow thick socks or tights in Winter. My question was answered promptly and clearly. Great customer service as always. Thank you Frankie4.

The best customer service ever! I bought a pair of Nat 2 shoes after so many nurses told me they are the best for being on your feet all day for work. They instantly took my back pain away! Three months after wearing them, one shoe had a small split at the front of the shoe. I contacted customer support not expecting a refund after 3 months but to find out if this is common. They replied instant and said this isn’t common at all, and offered me a refund or store credit. After I returned the shoes back. I was so grateful. I have bought another pair of Nat 2 shoes and also some ankle boots, as they are the most comfortable shoes ever!

Excellent customer service from the team in Adelaide as well as Rebecca in customer service. I had an issue with a pair of shoes and it was sorted out promptly with no fuss at all. I have already recommended their shoes to my friends and will be buying more. Thanks to everyone at Frankie 4.

My wife has been buying Frankie4 shoes online and from the pop ups for a long time so it is great to finally see some proper stores opening in Melbourne, hopefully a CBD store isn't far away.

The Albert Park store is only a 15 minute walk from the markets and very accessible on a tram so still very convenient.

We were served today by Elise who was fantastic, so friendly and caring, you could tell she knew feet and cared about the brand. There was no pushy sell and it was great just to have a chat with her, subsequently we walked out with 2 boxes.

It was really good to see such a great Australian brand being represented so well, will be back.

P. S Be great if you could do a men's line.

Amazing service, enquired about out of stock shoes, they sourced them and I was able to phone the interstate store and they're on the way to my feet!

This brand sponsors creators on instagram like Kristy jean who supports and laughs at animal abuse. I wont buy from a brand who supports creators like that.
