53I’ve sent multiple emails and tried to leave messages on an already full message bank to find out the status of my order. Absolutely no response terrible customer service.
Customer service was amazing and great selection of clothing, came away with some really great winter prices
Amazing service from Maree in store! I felt so welcomed & she had great ideas for an upcoming family photo shoot! I purchased so many beautiful goodies!
Very disappointed. Made 2 orders in one week, one order arrived after 6 days and sizing description wasn't very accurate. Still waiting on the 2nd order to even dispatch after 3 weeks and no one will answer emails or calls.
My wife loved looking in this store, she usually orders online. Great to see good quality clothing first hand.
My wife's online order was never dispatched and took months to get a response from them. Refund given but it was the wrong amount, chased them up multiple times again but no response. She was a long time customer, but not after this! Buyer beware!
I purchased a few items 11 days ago.
I am still waiting for them. They have not even been dispatched from the warehouse. No email to explain or apologise. Totally ridiculous.
As per other recent reviews, I’m really disappointed in the lack of proactive customer service.
I shopped with Frankie for the first time during the valentines sale and bought an item on 14th February. To this day, 9 March, the item still has not been posted.
All the customer service team do is send templated cop out emails about how they appreciate the support, but I just want my
item that I’ve paid hard earned money for.
The delay stems from them moving warehouses, however this wasn’t advised before purchasing otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered.
I’ll never shop here again.

The generic s, m, l, xl size table on the website is far too generic. I ordered a cardigan in a XL which should have been a 14, but was more like an 18.
This is the 3rd time in as many weeks I have ordered and returned something that doesn’t fit to try and use up the credit I have. I am now stuck with a cardigan that is way too big because I just can’t be bothered paying more money in return shipping, waiting a week for a credit and then trying to figure out what size to order next to then repeat this same process.
Customer service is soooooo slow and unhelpful. No refund returns, and must pay for delivery and returns. I discovered the item I bought was available on lots of other online stores with better postage, customer service and follow up. They never reply to emails or messages!

The sizing on the website is so unclear and customer service is so slow to respond to enquiries (I'm not sure if this is a COVID thing) ? I ordered a dress in two sizes as I was unsure of which size would fit. Both sizes were huge and I discovered that I couldn't return them because they were on sale. I returned a third dress in exchange for a credit note (no refunds given), but again, the sizing was off and I had to return an item. Not a great shopping experience.
I literally just left the store and was extremely disappointed with the service. Not 1 person acknowledged I was in the store even though I was holding 5 pieces of clothing to try on, in the end I had to ask. Once I left the change room, no one came to ask how it went or to take the clothes away. When I finally did get the girls attention to ask some questions she showed little interest in helping me. Won't be going back or ordering on line and every person I speak to about this store will be hearing of my experience. Very miserable girls who work there.
Purchased a pair of Ash Blue Ella Leopard Joggers and received them today. I absolutely love them. Great quality and so warm. I can’t wait to get other pairs in other colours and so many other clothing items. Definitely recommend.
Ordered a black cardigan and was sent a green leopard print instead - something I would never wear. Emailed the customer service team and haven’t heard back and it’s been five days. Really poor customer service especially since I’ve paid for an item I didn’t receive. Also I’ve ordered twice and both times delivery took over 2 weeks when it states on their website 2-5 business days.
It's dissapointing that quite a large retail store and online store can't do any exchanges when an item is too big, especially when it's a sale item which cannot be returned for a credit or refund, very poor indeed and i hope more people read these reviews before purchasing
I bought a pair of joggers in December & wore them only a few times, each time they were washed as per the care instructions. The stitching fell apart after these few wears. I contacted customer service & without asking for any details or photos, I was immediately told that it was outside of their 30 day returns period that they couldn’t do anything to help me. I definitely expected more than a few wears out of the joggers & had much higher expectations of this company’s customer service. If you plan on wearing your clothes more than a few times or if you like good customer service when you shop online, I’d recommended shopping elsewhere.
Poor quality clothing (not wearable after first wash) and incorrect sizing. Don't waste your money.
