Visited for the first time last Saturday, and was met with memorable customer service particularly from one SA, Melly. She not only recognized me from her previous workplace (almost 2 years ago!) she had such great patience and took the time to show me options that she felt were a good fit for me, and explained with great details of each watch I was considering.

While I didn't leave with a purchase last week, I definitely will be back once I have my mind made up and have her finalise my purchase:) Thanks for the lovely chat, and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Recently went to Franck Muller boutique in Melbourne, what an amazing store and its ambiance! Top notch! Also had a pleasant consultation with Melly about Franck Muller pieces, exceptional customer service followed with a great product knowledge and catalogue. An informative consultation for sure and will definitely be back to get Franck Muller timepiece. I don’t really post review online but this level of customer service surely needs a recognition. Kudos to Franck Muller Melbourne team.

Always passing this store numerous time but never had a chance to visit. Few weeks ago, i finally decided to come in. Upon arrival, i was blown away with how massive their collections and choices they had! And then, Melly came approaching me with her great smile and attitude. She went through a lots of product and really listening to what i am interested with. She and her manager, Jerry also gave me a good input and thought from different prospective. I am so impressed with how knowledgable they are!

Usually i hate to give my contact details to any stores as they will bomb me with tons of messages and offers, but i left them my contact details, as i will patiently sit tight waiting for my watch when it become available and coming to their store again!

Today I experienced something that I have not experienced in a long time from an authorised watch dealer: excellence in customer service. Jerry is friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as a customer. I will be back!

My experience at this store's customer service is filled with pretentious staff who have no knowledge and I felt disrespected. I am immensely disappointed in this store which boasts about its good customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The manager Jennifer was really friendly, she’s very patient and calm. She has great knowledge in their products and I can see her passion in Franck Muller that she was able to explain how the mechanics work in each time piece I was looking at. I feel like she’s a live encyclopaedia for Franck Muller. Jennifer is really live and breathe in her Franck Muller values.

I can unequivocally confirm Franck Muller provides the least professional customer service in the luxury watch industry. Your experience will be pleasant when you see the lovely design instore, your pleasure will end there. Utterly rude and unknowledgeable.

Definitely the worst watch shopping experience i have had out of any luxury watch store i have been to in my life, the workers are utterly uninterested, lack knowledge and are disengaged in your interest in the history of the brand. Lack of English speaking ability makes it so hard to communicate, and theres just a lack of respect all round. They dont even let you sit down in the section of the store when negotiating, they forced us to get up and sit in a different set of chairs.totally unnecessarily

To say the service at this branch was sub-par is of the most understated statements known to mankind. If i were to grade the service out of 10 i think it would be in the negatives, and not anymore than -25/10. Entered the store and upon entry i was scanning in my covid barcode and this aggressive lady was beaming down on my phone like an eagle of sorts, which aggressively pointed at my screen monitoring my speed of submitting the covid qr code, which i was GOING TO DO ANYWAY. I felt very disrespected, anyways we continue looking with my wife and her 2 children, with the intention of purchasing one of my dream watches, however there was a clear language barrier not allowing full communication which overall led me to leave the store and explore other boutiques. Please do not waste your time.

I could work at this place with no experience and provide better customer service. Very pretentious environment with very cold and unhelpful staff. Worst service out of every watch shop I’ve ever visited.

I was greeted by an amazing SA by the name of Michalle. She is lovely, attentive and accommodating. She can get my style and recommended what exactly I wanted. She also gave me professional suggestions. HIGHLY recommend this store and requesting the help of Michalle!

Would give a zero if I could. Do yourself a big favor and avoid shopping FM Melbourne. You will find the WORST retailer customer service in Melbourne or probably in the world! The salesperson names ZOE, is the most appalling and aggressive woman on earth. She could yell at you for things non her business. Mate, you probably owe her millions of dollars. I wonder how on earth FM as a luxury watch brand can have sales like her? You don’t need to get trained these days! Avoid people! Have never had such horrible experience in shopping in my life.

I have to say that her manner and attitude on some suggestions make me feel very comfortable and worth to be rely. The best sales I have ever met in here.
