This property was family friendly and the owners thought of everything. From the toy box for the kiddos, to the night lights all along the walls so kids could know where they are going. The property had laundry facility that was great and good products in the bathrooms. The owners and Echuca Holiday Homes think of everything to make the stay nice. Top brands like T2 tea and olive oil and cooking essentials if you happen to just 'forget' the necessary items. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This is a lovely very clean apartment in a great position in the centre of town. Loved the balcony to people watch from on high. Our only problems were that there was no small saucepan in the unit only a very large two handled pan & a fry pan! Also no dedicated parking. Although this was not a concern for us in the off season it would be difficult in the height of the summer for sure.

Fantastic house with everything you need. Great garden and pool area. Having been coming for four years now for the riverboat music festival and love it!

Clean, had everything we needed, great sized rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and living area great too.

Nepeta Cataria Estate is an unbelievable property. We were married in the grounds with a small group of friends and family. Wonderful stay and Jess and Kye were super helpful

The house is absolutely beautiful.extremely clean, comfortable on the hot Echuca days and had everything we needed - plus more! Just a quick drive into the heart of Echuca. Highly recommended!

Best stay we have ever had on arrival it was a very hot day it was so nice to come to a cool house with air conditioning turned on an pool was great loved everything about the property.
It was so beautifully renovated an presented all l can say is wow! Wow! Just simply the best place to unwind & Relax an take everything in an not to mention it's pet friendly yes your loved pet is welcome too as we knew it's going to be a very humid day we decided to leave our dog at a boarding kennels next time we will bring her an what was commentary was so nice will most definitely re - book again l highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous house and facilities. Plenty of room and heating and cooling work a treat! Great location as it is an easy walk into town.

Fantastic! The house was beautiful with all the comforts of home. My 8 month old granddaughter was with us which made our stay easier than in a motel room or caravan park and within close distance to the town centre. The staff were wonderful and gave a personalized touch to our booking. I would highly recommend the “Murray house” and Echuca Holiday Home’s.

Such a great house! We have a group of us in Echuca to play golf and it was great to sit in the backyard in the afternoon and then move inside at night to use the poker table, table tennis table and pool table.

Amazing property fabulous view 5 star all round.everything we could ever want was there. Kye was such a great help, we will return ASAP.

Rivers Edge is great house in an excellent location. The house was spotless and you arrive to find the heater and welcoming lights on. The kitchen is very well equiped, the backyard great for relaxing, and the layout perfect for extended families and small groups. Echuca Holiday Homes were brilliant to deal with and provided all the information you could possibly need in the lead-up to and during your stay. We look forward to returning.

We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone waning to stay in Echuca.
Centrally located, walking distance to shops, cafes and paddle steamers.
Spotlessly clean and very well equiped with everything you could possibly need.
LOVED IT!

Perfect location to all amenities we needed. The size of yard was excellent for our cavalier dogs. The only thing was upon arrival, the back lawn was too long. We asked for it to be mowed & was done the next morning. Was important for us to ensure all ‘poo poo’ was cleaned up every day by us.
The beds were comfortable, house was clean & well presented upon arrival.
My partner & I have discussed staying at Simms again & will do so in a few months.

My family & I recently stayed at 55 Shetland & loved it! There were 10 of us but the sheer size & layout meant we had plenty of room. It is modern & the kids fell in love with the pool! Communication throughout the whole booking process was easy & friendly. We can't wait to stay again!
