My daughter purchased the etch bracelet in sterling silver for Mothers Day & I noticed it was bent & it broke but on close inspection it isn't sterling silver it's plated. So not worth getting fixed. It was very flimsy when I received it but because it was from my kids I loved it. Designs are nice but quality is very poor & overpriced.

Excellent customer experience at this store. The lady who helped me provided excellent suggestions for my shopping needs without being pushy.

Staff member was so helpful, she went over and above locating my receipt. Wonderful service.

I’ve bought so many pieces from these guys that I have lost count, they are my go to for gifts. Such beautiful work, incredible customer service with kind and professional staff. Every single issue I’ve had has been resolved quickly, Liz in particular has always responded quickly and been so great to deal with.
I don’t often review businesses but I felt compelled to now because of just how impressed I am. If you need a gift for someone, or something for yourself, don’t look any further. I can’t recommend them enough!

Two of the four pearls on my crucifix charm dropped off just after a few uses. The quality leaves much to be desired.

After much searching Francesca had the perfect gift pendant for my gf, a timeless classic locket, not junk jewellery, top craftsmanship made with quality material, The staff were super nice, non-pretentious and great price, full gift packaging was given as well as complimentary box and pendant image prints on the spot, very pleased with my purchase and the service, thanks for having just what I was looking for

I ordered a beautiful galaxy bracelet with a few added charms and unfortunately the charms catch on everything! It’s pulled so many threads out of my clothing, pillows kids clothing to the point where I’ve now lost a charm. I know longer where it given how often it catches on things. It also feels really flimsy. I had such a high hopes given the amount of influencers advertising the brand. The items do look beautiful though

Incredibly meaningful jewellery. A little bit of frustrating dealing with customer service as I couldn't get through to them for so long, but eventually talking to them has been super helpful.

Staff are great and love the quality of jewellery -just wish they catered for bigger fingers. Even the staff member couldn't fit them. Please make bigger sizes

I love this company, their service and their jewellery is beyond words. For Christmas I ordered two lockets for two very special people; one a picture of her niece who lives overseas and another for a dear friend who’s sister has passed away - it was an emotional Christmas with being far away from loved ones and in a global pandemic- but Francesca Jewellery made it special with these incredible gifts. I have no words with how much I loved the jewellery and they made it so easy as they did it all! I also LOVE that over Christmas they did gifts with proceeds going to safe steps for victim survivors of domestic violence- incredible!

Love this store! Gorgeous pieces, great craftsmanship and long lasting jewellery. I have purchased a lot of jewellery from the girls at Francesca and I’ve never been let down.
The gorgeous jewellery is one thing but one of the stand out qualities of Francesca would have to be their customer service. Even when it’s busy the girls are always very attentive and friendly and nothing is to hard for them. They really do provide amazing service and make you feel so welcome in-store.

Loved all of the pieces I recieved. One pair of earrings was missing from the order and once I contacted customer service they were amazing with their quick response and also sending out the missing piece straight away.
Will be ordering again in the future:)
