Framptons Carpets

This is the second time that I have used Frampton Carpets and the Service was fantastic
Great communication and the Carpet looks brilliant!

All the staff I dealt with were really friendly and super helpful as well as really professional i highly recommend this company for good old fashioned service

Great company very professional and great pricing they originally did our store in commercial vinyl planks
and just used them agin for some units with timber flooring, carpet and tac tiles perfect finish again USE THEM you won't be sorry

Very Disappointed with Framptons!
We were recommended by a friend & they were local so we used them, initial contact / quote they were great we paid a deposit and had carpet and vinyl planking installed (we had to pay the balance first) in October last year. There was a problem with marks on 3 planks and we notified Framptons the next day.
It has taken 6 MONTHS & numerous phone calls, which they never returned, and me visiting the store several times, and the faulty planks have finally been replaced.
I would never use or recommend anyone use this business as their after sales service is non existent.

Highly recommend, got my carpets from Framptons and also installed. Great on advice and very fast on delivery. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially Aaron. Well done.

We paid for carpet from this company, had it installed.the toxic smell was that bad that we called them and they removed it.they then would not respond to any emails until we were due in VCAT, then he told me he would fix the problem, he LIED, we went to VCAT, we WON the case, 3 years later, FRAMPTONS still has our carpet, has not refunded the MONEY. We PAID for carpet and we were left with NOTHING, just empty floorboards. They kept OUR MONEY and they also kept the carpet we paid for.

We were very hesitant in going with Framptons due to some of the review we read however they proved them wrong and ended up doing a wonderful job. They did carpet and floating floor boards throughout our entire house. The range selection was great and the final outcome was just as he had hoped.

Even before the job was finished they were sending multiple invoices and demanding final payment. Won't use them again and I expect to use another firm at my cost if any problems arise.

they laid the carpet wrong and when we told them to come and fix it, they ignored us and stopped taking our calls.their service was so rude and they took no responsibility in their work.will never use them again.

Absolutely LOVE our vinyl planks we got installed. James was Very helpful throughout whole process from choosing the right product for our bathroom to organising installation.

We got carpet from framptons 6years ago.from day one we had problems. In brief, a join that was so badly done in a room that was so small that shouldnt have been joined.continual rolls in every room.numerous visits to rectify by framptons layers, management, and the carpet manufacturer supplying to framptons. The end result being framptons blaming the manufacturer and the manufacturer blaming framptons installation. Our independent assessor said carpet irreparable and both framptons and manufacturer to blame.end result we got new carpet from another company and more then happy. Would never recommend framptons.
