Frames Now

We recently had one of our framed pictures fall from the wall shatter, but thankfully no harm done to the print. This was a precious item to us from a long ago holiday and we needed it to be returned to its former glory. Thankfully we had a very happy experience almost three years ago at Frames Now Werribee, with a photo of our dear departed cat. The stand out for us was then and still today is the considered and caring treatment of our items and the brilliant and helpful suggestions given to us in frame choices and colours. We are so happy with the results.

Ordering my frame was easy with patient and expert advice and quality products to choose from. The range of frames, mounting cards and glass was excellent and I appreciated the interest in the subject of my print when I collected it. My order was completed & ready for collection as promised and I am delighted. I would certainly recommend Steven Pullen Frames / Frames Now Werribee.

Couldn’t recommend this team at Pacific Werribee enough! Not only were they very prompt with the production, the quality of work was crisp and so modern but the team themselves were so kind and genuinely felt that they cared! It was a great complete experience from start to finish. 6 star rating if I could!

Got my degrees framed here along with my girlfriend. Got to reunite with a highschool friend of mine, and she did an absolute amazing job helping us choose the designs we want and making our degrees look stunning. Don't sleep on Ebony's eye for detail and art amongst the muck. She did an amazing job! Definitely will be coming back for all my framing needs.

Had a piece that was already mounted on Matt board, just needed framing. Told them the dimensions and was quoted $260. Took the piece in and the price suddenly went to $600. Went elsewhere and had a quality job done for a reasonable price

I went in to Frames Now, at Pacific Werribee this morning, looking for a specific size frame, and Yvette was very helpful.

Yvette was able to show me what frames were available in the size that I wanted, and was very friendly at all times.

I will definitely go back when the need arises again.

I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Our mother turned 100 and received the letter from the Queen. Yvette was brilliant in her understanding of the situation as mother passed away 3 weeks after her birthday so the letter becomes even more significant to the family now. I brought a print on line took it to Frames Now at Hoppers Crossing. I had no idea what type of frame I wanted and the girls were so helpful. I picked up my framed print today and I’m so happy. I’ll certainly be going back there again and quite reasonable

Fantastic service and quality work. Had a piece I need for my daughters birthdays at short notice (about a week). We got really unlucky and got the Rona 5 days ago so it was even more special they had it ready today so my little girl didn't missed out. Wonderful empathy at a tough time in life. Work is incredible. Will be back again soon.

Fantastic knowledge and service by the team in Hoppers Crossing. I came in on a Sunday for advice on reproducing a black and white pencil sketch. They had it completed, and framed just two hours later. It was perfect, thanks Lucy

I had 3 photos framed two poster size one odd size, I can not fault the service I recived. The lady was so helpful and the varity of frames are fantastic, the price of the three was very reasonable and the photos came out amazing. Will definitely get more frames in future was a great experience.
