Don't get many items framed and gave Frames Now a chance. They did a great job on my first picture and followed this up with an equally good effort on item 2.
The rating is a cautious one as I have no one to make a comparison. That said the staff were friendly and helpful. The price seemed ok for the quality of frame and workmanship. I will go back when I have something else to frame.

I went in with a painting (Pro Hart) that I wanted framed within a box frame. The staff member that helped me was wonderful with ideas and service. Such an easy and rewarding experience.

The young man that served me gave me all the time and attention helping me find the best frame that suited the sketch work.
He did not rush me and try and sell me something I didn’t want.

I had to have a print framed within 4 days and the amazing lady Sally? I think? Was so great and managed to have it framed beautifully the very next day. Amazing service and a beautiful, high quality finished product! I’ll be using this as my “go to” for future framing.

Great quality, lovely and helpful staff, quick getting my framed print ready for collection, expertly done and easy to find which in a shopping centre can be hard! Would definitely use again and recommend.

I had a limited edition print which I wanted well framed and the website was pretty good in showing the different options. The store person was really good in laying out all different possibilities, frames, card, glass and it was very helpful to see how they looked against the print to make a decision. The print had some ripples due to water damage and they were mostly removed in framing and it was pointed out it might not be perfect before the job was done. There were no time pressures in looking at options and no sales pitch to choose a certain option, just attentive, informative, friendly. The end result was fantastic and it has pride of place in the living room. Great job!
