Frames Now

I always love visiting Frames Now Bayswater. Most recently, they framed some very special items for me that I was so excited to be able to hang up at home. The team made excellent recommendations and the final product is really high quality. I am so pleased with the final result and couldn't recommend the team highly enough.

Stephen was very helpful. He has a professional attitude and great knowledge of the framing business. He is also a pleasant person.

Very belatedly, I would like to thank the team for making some important memories come alive for my neatly 90 year old dad with a magnificent framed collection of very old pics from his life - your care and professional attention to detail was so greatly appreciated - thank you so much for the personal touch - highly recommended magnificent outcome that eill live on as a family heirloom xx

Awesome place! Fantastic service and premium products. The frames they sell are really great quality, the wood is much denser and has a nicer grain than the cheap ones from Kmart etc.

The staff at the Bayswater shop were very knowledgeable and helpful. The shop had a wide range of options and well stocked. This is a place I will return to for future framing and printing needs.

The service I received from Marina was so damn good. I had 8 pieces to be framed and she shared her knowledge and guidance so that I achieved over and above my expectations. Thanks Marina:) BUT, and not a but for Marina, for the company. It was 36 degrees yesterday, I was looking for frames and playing with mats and I was there for over two hours, and I was absolutely dripping in sweat. You have two piddly fans that do nothing and expect your staff and customers to be happy. If it wasn’t for Marina I would have left and gone somewhere else. I’m begging you. Please have a little more respect for your staff and customers and get proper cooling installed. As I was leaving I was going to impromptu buy another picture but the queue was eight deep (also more staff might be an idea) and not worth waiting in the heat for another hour.

Driven past a thousand times, and finally needed a frame. Super friendly attentive staff, pointed out the frames from the sizes of prints I had and added suggestions. Tons of options. Straight forward pricing in and out in 5 mins. Highly recommended.

I bought a ready to hang frame (which isn't actually ready to hang as it doesn't come with the hanging wire etc), and the glass was damaged so I took it back. When I rang they were friendly and apologised, but when I went back to the store, the assistant was unfriendly, but she replaced it. Unfortunately it was with a dirty pane of glass. Not a great standard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a oddly shaped picture and they helped me find a frame and cut a mat for me as well. Reasonable prices and it looks great!
