Very poor after sales service, was short changed two brackets and when I went to complain they made me pay for them, how embarrassing for the company.very tight in my books for a a lousy $15.

Very helpful people. Both in the office and warehouse. Product well priced and well packaged.

Purchased 2 shower screen panels from Frameless Direct. I ordered the correct product, was given a receipt for the correct product, had the correct product on the delivery docket, but received the wrong product. Installer was paid to fit shower screen but couldn't finish the job due to the wrong panel being delivered. Rude staff refused to compensate and then blamed me for the error. Now having to pay installer twice to fit screen. AVOID this company.

Couldn’t agree more with the negative comments beneath, purchased showerscreen from company and called prior to purchase to ensure sizes worked, staff said they were fine to opening. Still 10 mm too big.

Had to pay for a new panel as the one used was scratched during install, well it wouldn’t have been scratched if you got the order right?

Wasted 4 hours of my day driving to return it, owner Chris believes that the online formula is ‘most of the time okay’

Moral of the story, don’t purchase from this company unless you want to have your time wasted and be disrespected.

Rude, unreliable and unprofessional. Bought and paid for an item online and drove over an hour's round trip to collect, only to be told it was out of stock (so don't trust what the website says re: stock levels, apparently they'd known for days it was out of stock, but no one had bothered to update the website). So, you'd expect at least an apology. None of the three people behind the counter were able to at least say 'sorry' for the inconvenience. Staff refused to discount or refund when we had to buy an additional item in a second size as our builder didn't know which mm size would work (office manager's response when asked "yeah I can't be bothered with this anymore" - how charming!). It's small item for them, but it means the difference between us being able to have a shower over the Christmas holidays or not. Office filled with grumpy people who don't understand customer service, and don't have basic manners.

Absolutely disgusting service, Paid for delivery was told I would need to unload 50kg of glass in which i refused as I am heavily pregnant. They refused to deliver without having someone there to help unload the glass as they said they are short staffed how this is my problem is beyond me. I paid for a delivery why is it my problem to have to unload glass when I am 30weeks pregnant my partner works full time and cannot take a day off work to help unload the glass nor should he have to.when I rang the store I was hung up on and spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional manor. They have stuffed me up now as I had someone coming in to install the glass and now I have to make other arrangements. DO NOT use this company they are VERY unprofessional, very rude, VERY unorganised.nothing on the website displays anything under the delivery section about having to help unload deliveries. Perhaps being a little more clearer with your delivery terms and conditions prior to taking peoples money.

Fantastic staff, very helpful. The sales staff were happy to help me with my sizing and explained all the different products in order for us to make an informed choice.
I would definatly be doing business with Frameless Direct again.

when lifting one of the panels shattered sending 2 people to hospital there response was "it was your fault we can't help you"

I was so happy with the products and price was definitely the best around, the girls in the office helped me the whole way through. From order to delivery was within the week, good job guys
