This morning I was not able to drive down the public road that access my buildings car park. It was blocked by Tristan from FoxHay Timber. Given I've been experiencing this frustration daily with trades on this site I'm fed up. I told him I needed him to move as I had to get to an appointment. He told me he needed 10 minutes. I said I didn't have that long. The designated drop off zone for the work site was sitting vacant, out of the way of the public road, and just a few meters away. I got out locked my car and left. I came back after 15 minutes, was called a "cow" I took a photo of his car blocking the road and asked his name and where he worked. I called his manager to complain and his manager said "he was just doing his job" and hung up on me. It's good to know the attitude of management has filtered down to it's staff. All he had to do was not block a public road, park a few meters away, and allow everyone else to get on with their day and get to their appointments. I don't like to give negative reviews, I would have preferred to have had an apology from Tristan or Management, a reassurance it wouldn’t happen again and have left it at that but not to be.

Best service in town! Last of the honest family business left around town. Very knowledgeable and always fast delivery! Definitely recommend to anyone!
