Very happy with the result. I only wanted half my gutters protected and they cleaned the gutters on the rest of the house at no extra charge along with my garden shed. All the branches are bouncing off the roof now and I can sweep them up on the driveway. Sandy was very helpful and friendly. I can certainly recommend Four Seasons.

Gutter guard installation was on time and proffecionally organised. The installation tradesman was very pleasant to deal with and has done a fantastic job, as far as I can see. I suppose the time will show, but the guality of the guard appears to be top class.

UPDATE - 27 September 2022:
Complaint was lodged with Office of Fair Trading who have called today to say Four Seasons Gutter Protection (GutterPro) have stated they will not fix their installation work.

In their response to my complain GutterPro advised "due to the nature of the roof and the prior damage we are not able to obtain standard of fit we would normally expect, however the system is installed and working". I was not told this at the time of quoting.

UPDATE - 21 September 2022:
Am still waiting to hear from the Company. I have emailed them again to ask when my roof is to be fixed and still no response.

UPDATE - 12 August 2022:
The sales rep Rex came to inspect my property today and advised the gutter guard had been installed incorrectly under the first tile instead of the second. I am currently awaiting the return of the installer, no estimated date of installation has been given.

Terrible Installation.
I engaged Four Seasons Gutter Protection (GutterPro) to install gutter guard to two sides of my roof, and to say I am disappointed with the installation is an understatement!

The installation looks nothing at all like the photos I was shown by the salesman Rex. The guard has ripples all over it and having lots of issues getting anyone from the company to reply to my emails/texts.

Leafguards placed on house and shed, with Leafguards attached to rusted gutter which couldn't be seen except by the neighbours when it flooded their property.
Continued calls for replacing the leafguard onto a new gutter have been ignored, and two dates cancelled months after initial complaint.
Customer service and follow up service non-existent.
My patience has snapped and follow up action will be taken.

Poor on all level. Installation date 2016. Don't even follow government rules. How is that for business operating in Australia. Amazing how no returned calls when a matter needs to be sorted. The CEO Mr Derek Murphy knows and not interested. Alot of money is paid for a very poor installation. I was told to get up on my roof and clean leaves off. Get that. Rust on the clips that hold the product on gutters. What type of business charges big dollars and does not have quality checks? See photos. Oh don't forget mould under eaves. Let's see if there is a response from here.

After using once before I have returned to use four seasons guttering and my God, their service now is amazing. What every you have done is working. Very happy with the service and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

I had them come and replace my old guttering. The fitters did an amazing job. No more leaking! Guys were very professional and thanks to admin for being so helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Avoid this company. No communication. Deducted full amount of money, when it was supposed to be done in 3 instalments. Have emailed many times to discuss. Only contact was through installer and he ask 4 seasons to contact me twice and still they didn't contact me. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend.of course they will reply to this review with a lame excuse trying to make themselves look like they have done everything possible. Don't believe their lies.they finally reply with sarcasm. The problem was no communication and not honouring a 3 instalment payment plan. Even your Installer called you to contact me to discuss but I guess you don't care about your customers once you have their money.

Much like all the rest of the reviews, this company would have to be the worst company i have ever dealt with. The installers caused over $10k worth of damage to my new roof, i had to chase up the installers insurance company to get any action. Four seasons wiped their hands of it. The gutter guard has been up for approx 9-12 months and i still have to get up to clear the leaves, as instead of "falling straight over the top of the guard" (as i was promised) they now sit on top of it.
I cannot stress enough about how bad this company is.

3 years on and i still have all weeds now growing out of my gutters!

First contact with the sales man was amazing, he is very passionate and knows his product. We were told approximately 6 week wait for installation so we signed the paperwork, paid a deposit and waited.
Finally the day came when the gutters were finally going to be leaf free. I made sure I was home, and nothing.
No phone call, nothing, when I tried to call on the Friday, no answer-when I sent an email, still no response even 2 months later.
Finally I rang the next week and a different lady answered, apologising for the ‘last girl’ who had made all these bookings and not told anyone, and they therefore didn’t know about them.
She said someone could come that Wednesday in the afternoon. - no he didn’t.
He came the next day, and didn’t even knock on the door to say he was here, we just all of a sudden had walking on the roof. When I rang the office I was cut off before I could say anything.
The installer nice young guy, showed us the photos of the cleaned gutter and well placed gutter guard.
Didn’t show us the poorly placed gutter guard on the front of the garage that isn’t flat, nor around the side of the house-that you can only see when outside and across the road.
Not sure how that’s going to affect the 12 year guarantee on the product, as it hasn’t been installed properly.
3 stars for the initial customer service
0 stars for the ridiculous process after that.

Four seasons did our gutter protection for two weeks ago, and we are pleased with the service as well as with the results. From first contact with the office, the job was progressed very quickly and we are grateful as our blocked gutters have been causing major problems.
The guys came around and worked in a timely way – everything was done in just a day and a half, and they were very accommodating - working around my working hours, which was greatly appreciated as it’s not always easy to find companies who are so willing to do so.
Living in a property with a lot of big trees around, and having been faced with seemingly all four seasons within the past two weeks, we are very appreciative that our gutters are protected! The gutter guards are working extremely well, and we will not need to be cleaning out the gutters for years to come.

For 14 years, every Spring, I’ve been saying “must get gutter guard to stop the birds nesting in my roof” and it’s eventually happened! I highly recommend Four Seasons because of their quality product & pricing, plus the process from Quote to Installation was painless. Samantha in the office is extremely helpful and Brandon is an “on time, on the job” professional. Why did I wait so long?

Four Seasons gutter protection provided professional customer service and an amazing product. Kevin clearly explained the product to me and showed examples of exactly what we would receive. We chose the highest level product with a 20 year guarantee and the colour matches our colourbond roof perfectly. The workmanship from the installer, Kenny, is perfect. With the recent downpours, we were assured that our house was well protected.
We highly recommend using Four Seasons and we are super excited to never clean the gutters again!

From the sales person /office staff and especially the installer, I couldn't have asked for more. The entire team were friendly, professional and extremely punctual, I don't have any hesitations in recommending 4 season gutter protection to anyone.

Andrew that came out to quote for gutter guard was fantastic, however as soon as the deposit was paid we got little to no communication.

We had a date booked for original install - no one turned up and only when I called to find out what was going on did I get told they weren’t coming (I took a day off from work). Then on the second day we had organised I was given 8-10am time frame for installation, no one turned up, I called twice and they finally turned up at 3pm (so again I had taken a day off work and I had to sit around all day waiting for them to come!).

Further to the above issues no bills were sent to us, when I spoke with the office they said I wasn’t allowed to pay the bill via bank deposit or BPAY and had to give card details for the deposit (which they confirmed they did not keep details), they then - without authorisation used that same card for final payment (I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to Notify them off the illegal use of card details).

The work they have completed appears to be good so far (but it’s only been up there one day).

With the muck around of appointments, poor communication, really bad customer service
and illegal charge to my card (such a poor way to conduct business), I would not recommend using this business.

I was going to use them again for my mums house, but wouldn’t use them again!
