Right across the street from The District, Docklands shopping mall and Costco. Tons of shops and food. Not too crowded and very clean.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend's birthday at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The prices were very reasonable, considering the quality of the food. We highly recommend this place for a great and affordable dining experience.

The food at the restaurant was amazing! Chef Andrea did an incredible job preparing the dishes. Everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious. I highly recommend this place to all food lovers. Thanks to Andrea for a fantastic experience! "

Hotel facilities very poor, room smelt as though it hadn’t been used for quite some time, very musky. Not adequate for travel for work or as a tourist

Nic play to stay but some staff could be unpleasant at time. Some of them are too old and will go out of the way to help you:)

Great facilities and welcoming staff, parking is a nightmare and down the road but all else was great.

First stay here for the end of school holidays. I really like it!
Very friendly service. Easy access with self-parking at either District Docklands East or West for $15.
Our room was really nice. Fitted out with the usual things, though no mini bar, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I loved the beds, which I found much nicer than the beds at the nearby Marriott Docklands, though that's a new hotel. My wife and son found the beds too hard, but they were just right for me.
Lovely to have a bath! My son really loved the bath, even if it was a bit small for him. I couldn't get the shower heads to change - maybe I was doing it wrong, but the knob wouldn't push in our pull out or turn. (?)
The outdoor pool is excellent! Long, can do laps, not very deep (consistent 1.2m), and heated so nicely to 28 degrees. Lots of fun and lots of seating. The only downside is that the spa wasn't much warmer - same temp, but that's a personal thing. Didn't use the steam room, but out looked good, and the gym is functional. No lifeguard or staff member around, which isn't necessarily a minus, but this young couple just proceeded to get their vape and start vaping in the middle of the spa, right in front of families! I'm pretty sure vaping is tantamount to smoking.
Breakfast buffet is nice, but loses a point for not having freshly-made coffees, etc. You have to use the coffee machine, or pay from the bar in front foyer, I guess. A somewhat unusual assortment of the usual Western fare and some Asian/curry options. Very tasty, though!
Some great rates and offers. We'll definitely come back.

Handy location, staff were excellent, room was clean, comfortable, and had a bath and fabulous separate rainshower in the bathroom. Would stay again.

Untrained and inconsiderate cheap labor passing off as hospitality staff, to waste your limited time. You call to let them know out of courtesy that you are running later than your estimated arrival time and, after transferring you four times and then hanging up, to make you start again, they ask you for a CREDIT CARD NUMBER SO THAT THEY CAN NOTE THAT YOUR RUNNING LATE, JUST IN CASE YOU ARE NOT WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE! They falsely advertise onsite parking with no reservation required, but management won’t take responsibility for it. They prefer to make you out like you can’t read properly, when their own comprehension is clearly lacking. Rooms are only average. Room-service is not worth the bother. I’ve stayed at tens of properties in Melbourne and this is the second-worst. Don’t let the name or the dubious average ratings fool you.

We went here for our anniversary night and found the hotel room lovely. We had a plate of chocolates acknowledging our special day (thank you so much). Room was immaculate and had everything you wanted (fab shower). Buffet breakfast was awesome value ($28 - or 10% off if you were a member).
Very easy to locate, parking was $15 about 300 metres away, facilities of great standard (very elegant) for overnights… only thing that prevented a five star rating for us was the lack of room service (closed at 9pm) and a couple of staff who were a bit standoff ish / bordering rude BUT the rest of the team were brilliant!

Worst hotel i have ever been to, lights in the bathroom didn’t work, the water for the spa was so cold, had the smallest fridge, no microwave. Only good thing was the beds very comfortable and had a nice view.

Excellent stay, Angel, Benjamin, Tiffany, Asish and all the amazing staff were so accommodating and caring. To the people that make the rooms exceptionally clean, you are also amazing. So thank you for a lovely stay ️️
Happy Holidays

I was here on my mandatory Quarantine. The view was good from the window. Things were provided like cereal, Milk, juice, and yoghurt. You can replenish the milk and juice if you are out of stock. Just call the reception during quarantine. Over all, i am happy with the place during my quarantine here. The best thing was that they provided with an air purifier. It was a life savour. At least the air in the room was cleaned by the purifier.

Daily calls came in by the medical staff for check up along with relevant covid tests.

Got no complains other than the food. They do have a standard menu every day, but sometimes the food was like meh. No salt and no pepper with the omelette. Considering its a quarantine place and not a normal hotel at the moment. Cannot complain much about food.

However, food related area can be looked into by the management. And you cannot warm the food. If you are with children you might be able to score a microwave.

Overall, no complains as such.

Extremely disappointed with the food and the attitude of the duty manager. I have been staying here for the mandatory quarantine. I was actually quite happy on finding out it was going to be Four Points as I have had amazing experience with other Marriott group properties but the quality/taste of the food as well as the service being provided here is absolutely terrible. I have complained about it several times and fell sick after eating one of their meals but they don't want to take responsibility for it or offer a resolution. I am having to order every meal from Uber eats on top of the cost of quarantine. Being in this environment for 14 days is hard enough and having to stress for where your next meal is going to come from puts unnecessary pressure on mental health. I understand it very well that's it's a quarantine hotel and therefore can only provide limited services but that is not an excuse for providing such low quality, poorly prepared meals (cooked on premises) to the people staying at their hotel. To top it all - the attitude of the duty manager was extremely poor and unapologetic. I will never be staying at a Marriott property ever again!

I stayed here during mandatory quarantine. The food was mediocre and worst part was that the centralised airconditioning blew dust day in and day out. I literally had to dust things three times a day.

Terrible quarantine food. Airline, Hospital or Nursing homes could do better. I'd give a star if friends were allowed to drop off a care pack, but not allowed!

Have been to a few events here, they used to hold a ‘Little Chefs’ cooking class in the school holidays which was very popular.

Great location, across the road and within walking distance is DFO, Costco the waterfront + ample parking.
The food is good. Facilities are clean and modern. Not too far from from CBD. Easy to get uber/cabs to and from as well.
