TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I definitely won't be going back or buying anything - even though I did like a couple of designs.the person attending the store didn't even bother to look up from his laptop when we walked in.said everything is also available on the website and I can also look there.completely uninterested. So disappointing.

He was able to provide advice on different materials, styling and longevity of the various rugs. They even have many options at different price points so you can really find something beautiful within your budget. It was also amazing to see how passionate both Talla & Ari were about the rug industry. I wouldn't purchase a rug from anywhere else & will be recommending to all our family and friends.

These rugs are amazing! The quality of them is second to none. We bought 2 rugs (1 for our kitchen/dining and 1 for the lounge) and they give the spaces that extra bit more warmth. The owners Talla and Ari are so helpful from design choice to colour selection and make the process so easy.

I went rug shopping in Richmond - there is no doubt - with a good deal of trepidation with the expectation of being stood over by pushy salespeople, who would show no interest in what I wanted, or the "space" I was trying to cover! What brilliant service! Talla & Ari, thank you so much for making our online purchase so personal. After having my eye on one of your rugs for months I finally just added it to cart and it was all mine! I purchased the rug on Saturday afternoon, I received an email from Talla asking if they could deliver on Sunday (yes please!) and two subsequent emails and a phone call to confirm time for delivery. A+ customer service. Ari delivered right on time, explained the care of the rug, what happens if it happens to get damaged, helped with placement. Brilliant service from you both, would not hesitate to recommend.
