Been here for very small alteration, did not even charge me. Other places in fgate would hv charged me about $20 for sure. Very friendly lady. Definately go back!

They did not seem to take much care.the coat I got back did not look much better than when it was dropped off. The fluffing was covered on the coat so bad.

Fountain Gate Dry Cleaners have consistently provided a professional and quality service for the many years I have been a customer. Conveniently located near the entrance (L2 Orange Carpark, near Coles) - I won't go anywhere else.

I broke my button off my work pants. Dropped in to get it re sewn on.
They did it straight away. The customer service was excellent.
When I went and collected them they didn’t even charge me. I thought a few dollars.

I gave three white shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed.
One was not properly pressed. Another was full of some dark substance.
Staff was rude and argumentative.
I will not go there again.

Bought pair of pants online which had a hole in them, dropped it at Fountain Gate Dry Cleaners and was sorted out with in few hours!

Always go here for clothing alterations and to get buttons put on my pants. The lady is lovely and does a excellent job. The work is always done very quickly

I took in my work pants which I’ve had for over three years, after taking it to the dry cleaners, the button fell off as soon as I put my pants on. I was very un-happy, never had any issues with the pants until taking it to them. Try to avoid if possible.

Really happy with the service for the price. Took 2 long coats and a blazer and they cleaned them very well. Had some black marks on my pink coat which I thought wouldn't come out, but they made it possible. Good as new. Thanks!

Do not trust them with your clothes, could not remove "sauce stain" from crutch of trousers

Took curtain in good condition to be clean got it back all damage and got charged for cleaning even though that they damage the curtain and they are not taking responsibility for damage at all, they put the blame back on the customer, how this business can not take responsibility for their own actions and still do not do anything to fix the issue, really bad experience would not recommend this dry cleaners to anybody.

I often use this dry-cleaner. Sure, sometimes i had a bit that wasnt 100% cleaned on the collars of the shirts, but overall they clean very well. Also, they return the garments ironed and ready to go. Better than any other dry-cleaner I've used.

I find them good. The staff are pleasant the clothes are always ready on or before the stated time. If on rare occasions something doesn't come up as clean as I hoped it's far less often than with other dry cleaners I've used. I tried another dry cleaner much closer to home and I went back to Fountain Gate Dry Cleaners. Pick of the bunch for me.

I took my $400 dress that I had worn just once to be dry cleaned so that it wouldn't be damaged by the washing process. When I got it back it had pulls in the fabric all over it. I can count about 20 just on the front.

Do not go here unless you want expensive clothes completely ruined.

Got my coat back. It was covered in hair.and fluff.and had patches of dust on spme areas of the coat.not happy at all
