Fossil Store

Purchased a watch but encountered rude and abusive language from staff, making it an unpleasant and regrettable customer service experience. Disappointed with the overall professionalism of the store.

I recently purchased a leather bag from the Fossil outlet, and my wife is thrilled with it. The bag's quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, making it a stylish and functional accessory. We had a great shopping experience, and the bag exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

I visited the Fossil store today at Morrabbin and i would like to give for Jesss the Manager for her excellent customer service. She was so helpful and fixed my problem

We found the store, collection and prices appealing. The young white girl (maybe Jan/Jen) was very friendly, professional, attentive and helpful. We went in to buy 1 watch and came out with 2. We will return.

After going to chadstone twice and having horrible service from them by talking down on us and not being helpful at all with what we wanted, to coming home from school today and hearing some amazing news about my fossil watch, I was in complete shock. My mum got served by Jess and Amber from DFO Moorabbin today and she had no words but just how beautiful there service was, both went above and beyond with there service and left my mum speechless. Thankyou soo much for what you did today and especially finding the exact band I wanted after multiple experiences at other stores, making it sound like it was impossible. You have honestly made my day and I wish you both all the best, if only everyone had the same service as you guys ️ Thankyou thankyou thankyou
