Fossey's Distillery

Such a great place to catch up with friends and family. Beautiful outdoor seating under gorgeous grape vines. The cauliflower florets were absolutely to die for. Super crunchy, slight curry flavour, just the way I like it. The cocktails were a generous size with good garnishing. I have been here plenty of times and I definitely will be back. The wait staff were so attentive and helpful, good knowledge of of the menu

Great menu, and cellar choice. However We came in without booking and were met by an host lady who has absolutely no interest in trying to fit us in. We were told to move from an unoccupied and unreserved table in a unpleasant manner, then quickly brushed us off when we asked to sit on a bench while another table become available. First time we felt unwelcomed in a venue.
A great way to get rid of profitable patrons.

Great place to enjoy some boutique spirits with a platter or some tapas. Just dropped in out of curiosity and had a great time. Staff were really excellent and attentive. Sat outside in the shady courtyard.

Fossey's is always my go to for a gin and tonic! Especially by their warm fire inside or outside. Staff always so friendly and helpful!

Very nice place to stop into. Excellent atmosphere, nice food, very good selection of drinks. Sometime you like a standard martini though. Otherwise excellent. Buy some to take home.

What a great time we spent at Fosseys Distillery!
Blown away by the friendliest of the staff who were obviously run off their feet but yet nothing was to much trouble and then there was the exuberace of the place. The food was amazing we will be back.

Goot distillery, the bar is awesome, they make their own gin and whiskey. The outside area is awesome, wonderful during the evening.

I personally liked the gin tasting. The whiskey is okay.
The hidden gem for me was the 'gin chilli'

Delicious gin and delicious whisky. Bar snacks are a few delicious selections. Each of the serves are very generous. Can't go wrong with whatever you order.

Definitely THE place - (greatest atmosphere) very friendly staff and excellent service. Drinks, well, just divine. You can taste or order a delicious Gin or Whisky (or both!) and sit and talk over a great selection of food. Definitely recommend.

One of our friends introduced Fossey's Gin to us and we loved it so much that we decided to head to Mildura from Melbourne (600kms!) just to try all the rest of their Gins during Easter weekend.

Luckily for us- it was an absolute worthwhile trip.what an amazing experience! First of all good old 'all smiles' customer service, really yummy food and ofcourse the heavenly Gins.everything was just amazing. We bought so many Gins (we better don't put it here how many.) and did lunch plus dinner there that the owner Steve came over to say hello to us during dinner:) we were so touched with that gesture. Lovely family of Fossey's.

By the way they also do 2 amazing Whiskies- their single malt is really really good.highly recommended.

Luckily for us in Melbourne they are opening a store in the Lygon st soon (June/July 2022). So for the 1000s of their fans here they will be able to experience the same Gins and Whiskies soon without having to travel 1200kms but Mildura experience will always be unique.the lovely setup they have there will stay unique and Mildura itself was such a lovely town that I would recommend everyone to visit there at least once:)

Their Gin Tasting Paddle has three different Gin's and is served beautifully. The nibble plates are huge.
Service is awesome.
And the place is dog friendly.

Had both the gin and whisky paddles which were great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really nice outdoor area to sit in. Not much in the way of food on the menu, only one gluten free option available on the menu.
