Forza Italia Merch Group (Pop Up Store)

The customer service I experience here every time I walk in is really disappointing. I'm never greeted with a hello or a smile at all. If the old guy is talking to someone else, he will carry on the conversation with his "mate" and completely ignore you until he's done, or after 10 mins give you an acknowledgement. But I notice, when men walk in they're greeted with better customer service.

I have a $75 gift voucher that I loathe to spend here, cause this business doesn't deserve a customers money. Their "lower end" range is all self printed fake merchandise on "made in china" apparel with a ridiculous price point.

You're better off shopping at another business that has good customer service and you can see that the owner or manager is actually happy to be there. Every time I walk in it's like walking into misery.

Highly recommend Forza Italia for great quality items and amazing communication and service! Staff went above and beyond to ensure our package got to us fast and safely!

I purchased a Kappa Jacket more than a month ago and still haven’t got it, even when I ordered express shipping, I have tried to get into contact with them twice and have twice been ignored, I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

Not much variety in clothes. Not many xl sizes. Staff arrogant not very friendly unless if you talk to them they won't even bother looking at you unless they think someone's trying to "help" themselves. They Need to bring more merchandise new and retro with more soccer and basketball teams.
I'm not Italian but am a regular. Still hoping to get service with a smile.
