I was very happy with your colleague Nikita. She took her own time for almost an hour and a half to clearly explain each furniture product which I ended up in purchasing. Me and my family was very happy with her excellent customer service and I truly recommend forty winks at south wharf for your furniture needs.

Terrible service. One worker was absolutely lovely she helped as much as she could and when she could not find what I was after she apologised and sent us to the right shop. The other worker was absolutely awful. She was rude, told me to go somewhere else in the rudest way possible. I don’t think I will be returning there ever after such terrible service.

The store experience was lovely, and Gosh do they draw you in with the sale. But we specifically asked lead time as we are new in Aus and don't own a bed. We were assured 2 week delivery. After week 2 had become week 3 we called and were told well its out of there control and we will need to just keep waiting. Spending more than a month on a blow up mattress is not great for one's back. Don't trust sales woman Liz timelines.

I am writing this review in the comfort of my new mattress. A big sincere thank you to Cameron at the Forty Winks South Wharf store, whom holds a wealth of knowledge and experience. Cameron was genuine and professional in his manner and showed care for our needs.

I went in to upgrade my bed for my new place and was very supported by Cameron (one of their sales team). Not only did I buy a larger new bed; I also purchased bed side tables too. I walked out of there very satisfied and more knowledgable about the types of beds that better suit my needs. Thank you for your support and I will surely recommend this store to my friends.

Sent the wrong item and instead of correcting the mistake they ghosted me for 5 months. They continue to give the run around and I have just come to terms with being scammed. Do not shop here unless you enjoy reporting businesses to the ACCC.

Cameron provided the best customer service we ever experienced in Melbourne, since we moved 7 years ago. We brought him problems and he professionally went through all concerns and questions when buying a new mattress.

The saleswoman who served us 'could not be bothered', just answering a few basic questions I had asked she acted like it was a massive chore and gave very brief responses, making us feel unwelcome in the store. It made me wonder why would we bother paying for retail atore markups for poor customer service and little help. We ended up purchasing a Sleep Republic mattress in a box online and couldn't be happier, much more comfortable than what we were looking at instore for a similar price.

Cameron was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped us pick out a new mattress and explained the differences between them. He even kept the store open late to help us.

I experienced excellent customer service from Anton at Forty Winks South Wharf. He was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Anton ensured that the products were in stock and delivered promptly. I found the service to be far superior to their competitor.

Really poor customer service. I wouldn't give even 1 star.taken the money but not providing mattress or not refunding since last one month.the guy on the phone is very rude and not ready to help at all.we lost money and ended up sleeping on the floor: (

My husband and I needed a new bed after having a very old one for a longtime! The store had an enormous range which we found a bit overwhelming initially, but Cynthia was very patient with us and had great product knowledge and the service was excellent - thank you so much Cynthia!

Absolutely unhappy. Sold Mattress to us and promised delivery in 2 weeks. Taken full payment and it has been over one month. They don't respond email.no response to phone calls. Lost money.worst customer service experience ever. Never buy from Forty Winks. Save yourself time and money and look somewhere else

Great experience and deal from with Cameron who approached us in a genuine consultative way. Their level of service, quality and range was far superior to their competitors.

I would highly recommend this store. The range of products was great and the staff member Cameron had an incredible knowledge. I felt like he was honest and that there was no pressure. I was able to take my time and make my decision. The good price was a bonus!

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. The staff that I had been served by was so rude & didn't even want to help, when I was there to buy.
