Bought bedroom furniture and a mattress with a 10-year warranty and paid over $5k.

Upon claiming a warranty case, they say it's not a defect but a perfectly normal thing and suggested to move it around, which I did many times already.

Would definitely recommend avoiding this shop and driving a bit further and trying direct outlets in Kilsyth or just buying a box mattress online.

Andrew was very patient and I got answers to my questions when I bought the mattress.
Also five stars for delivery to two young men Vincent and Thomas who were very kind and helpful.

You couldn't meet a more genuine, polite, patient and nicer person. Ordered base with storage in mid January and was advised it would
be ready in 4 weeks. Now we're in mid April!
I rang up last week to get any update, I was assured I would have it last Friday, so rang on the Thursday before just to make sure, the guy said he didnt know why you were told that, you'll have it next Wednesday.
Incredibly frustrating getting told the wrong information 4 months later. I continue to wait.

Such a bad customer service from Tony, I called him many times to help me but he intentionally ignored me many times despite I called him so many times and he looked at me every time I called but he was like I don’t care. Such a low life person he is. Jill was fantastic.

Forty Winks Nunawading Store has offered me the best furniture shopping experience in my life! I must come here to give them a 5 star review. We bought a king size bed and a mattress. Paul, the salesman, helped us decide on the right ones based on his quick understanding of our special needs. He is very focused, logical, patient and very very knowledgeable with the huge selection of the products in the store. We are very happy with the result but unfortunately the king size mattress was not able to get up to upstairs afterwards due to the narrow staircase in my house. We had to come back to the store and then Paul and the store manager again helped us seek and analyse other solutions which took them lots of efforts. We finally got the best possible mattress and bed that we are even happier than the previous ones. We are so impressed by the service and products this store provided. They are truly professional, and we are extremely satisfied with this purchase from beginning to end. We strongly recommend people not to miss this store if you go to Nunawading area for buying bed and mattress.

It was a very pleasant buying experience. I went in with a good idea of the mattress that I wanted. My sales person showed me that mattress along with a few that were similar but different brands. He didn't try to push the more expensive mattresses on me either. Once I made my decision the salesman organised delivery and payment and I was out of there in a very timely manner. If I am in need of another mattress I will be going back here.

It is very disappointed, the Forty Winks shop is not dog friendly. We checked the products online and was going to make the order in store. We want to upgrade our bed to king size for our dog, including bed frame and mattress. Unfortunately, the shop is not dog friendly. We went to Harvey Norman and another bed shop called rise+shine, both shops are dog friendly. We made the order with reise+shine immediately. We only spent 20 mins and made the order because we did not want to affect other customer and are appreciated a shop which understood pet is part of family.

We have purchased a mattress from Forty Winks nunawading and Andrew helped us choose the right bed for me and for my wife. He was so helpful and has in depth knowledge about the products and provided the best price for us which I found missing at other shops I visited before going here. Hope he gets appraisal for being so good at his job and helping customers and fulfilling their requirements. Would recommend going there again. It’s been only a day since we have got the bed. So far the bed has been cosy and nice. Would recommend buying again from them.

Had a really excellent selection, purchase and after sales experience at FW Nunawading. Ish was an outstanding consultant who listened to our needs and went the extra mile in getting us a great outcome and in a short timeframe. Thoroughly satisfied customers here!

I was in the area, so I popped in. Not sure why I bothered. Staff were not speaking with any of the customers while I was there.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the store manager at Forty Winks Nunawading. Spent around $7k on a new bedroom suite from here and when it came to the delivery, their drivers had the most disgusting behaviour. Just rocked up at a time of their choosing despite having advised they were coming much later in the day and then they proceeded to break my front steps.
Having tried to then get in touch with the store manager to rectify the issue, I’ve had phone calls, emails and everything in between ignored.
Most despicable place that I’ll never spend another $ at.

The purchasing experience was fine. However, the delivery gave us lots of stress. We were advised that that the bed and mattress could be taken upstairs as the bedroom is upstairs. We paid for the service too. However the delivery guys told us it was impossible for them to take mattress upstairs due to the structure of our house. They didn’t try enough but kept saying “I cannot I cannot “. They told us to get $30 dollars refund fee and left a big mattress in our living room. We had to call another two friends to come instead and they helped us lift upstairs within 5 mins. We felt it was very irresponsible although they told us we could get the refund. It was still a very stressful experience when they just left the mattress in our living room and told us to get a refund for $30 dollars. We have provided the feedback to the store as well.

Terrible terrible costumers service during refunded for faulty mattress. One staff even said：you just cannot afford it，when I firmly wanted to refund. Never recommend this shop.

Served by 'Michael', efficient, professional. Sold me a proven brand, (Sealy elevate austin QB) and cameo base with chloe bedhead. Delivery was one business day. Why risk a 'Duck' or 'Koala'?

I was asked by my 80 year old mother-in-law to assist to get her a new bed. We were lucky enough to be referred to ESHU, one of the salespeople there. He had the perfect demeanour, (sometimes dealing with old people can have its own challenges.) knowing exactly what to show us, at all times explaining WHY the beds he presented to us were the most suitable given her age and medical requirements. After giving us a few options, and further professional advice as to which bed he believed was best, a decision was made. Her new bed was delivered a few weeks ago, arriving within the time period that was promised. My mother in law is extremely happy with her new bed. Thank you, Eshu, you helped make my job that much easier.
