We had amazing service today from John. He was busy with other customers when we first arrived and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. When it was our turn to be served he was very attentive and provided great information for us to make an informed decision without being pushy.

Store and sales team were efficient and helpful. Unfortunately the contracting who do deliveries were a disappointment. No communication to confirm delivery window, and not only that but they left all the packaging behind. When I queried whether they would be taking any of it, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Buyer beware that you will be left with a huge pile of packaging which you need to tidy, sort and dispose of.

Very disappointed with service here. Got conflicting information on if mattress could be exchanged. Would not recommend women or LGBTIQA+ customers attend. Male staff members are verbally aggressive, purposefully intimidating and difficult to talk to. Got talked down to and mocked by staff when trying to see what options they could offer. Go elsewhere.

Thank you Forty winks Northland I got my new bed and matters on Saturday got to phone call saying it be there. Two men set up for me As me and my mum would hard time trying! Cost little more but worth. And the second time been there got a matters 2001.

Great service here. Friendly, pleasant, relaxed staff, but professional and informative as well.
Made buying a bed easy. I had shopped around for some time and spoke to quite a few sales people. Aaron was a standout compared.

Having bought from this store in the past and the very helpful staff explaining to me the differences between the mattresses from the cheaper ones that they had said are good for your younger to teenage children and for spare beds up to the top range mattress and the specifications of everything in between their advantages and disadvantages the explanation of zoning and the benefits of these products I can’t recommend them highly enough. The fact the don’t try to upsell you but try to find the best products for your budget was very refreshing and has always made me fell comfortable with every purchase I have made there over several years. Great staff so helpful I will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade again

I spent $800 on a mattress less than 30 days ago which is giving me neck and back pain. I've emailed both head office and the store asking to discuss options and have had absolutely no response. I would not recommend this store. Do not waste your money.

Fantastic service from the team at Forty Winks Northland. Barry helped us buy our new bed & mattress at a great price, spending time with us to make sure we chose the right one. It arrived earlier than promised by their super friendly delivery guys. We love our new bed & couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

After spending a couple of thousand dollars on what I thought was a premium mattress from this store, the item I received was NOTHING like the display model. When I raised concerns about this with the store- they took no responsibility and told me to contact the manufacturer. When I did- I was told that the issue was that I wasn’t happy with the comfort of the item I selected and that if I wanted it adjusted it was at my expense. Forty Winks was happy to take my money but when I had issues did nothing to help me with them. Was also told my mattress would be 4-6 weeks away and after waiting that long, it did not arrive and I had no contact from the store. It was not until another month or so passed that I even received the mattress and there was barely any communication from the store.
Do not recommend! Waste of money. I could have got a mattress for the 10th of the price just as comfortable elsewhere.

After agreeing on price of bed to include delivery fee, the drive asked for me to pay $65.00 delivery fee. When questioned the retailer they said it was taken off in pricing. Very dubious. I wasn't even reminded when I was called to tell me stock was in. Reluctant to recommend

Great staff, highly knowledgeable and friendly. They're advice was accurate and extremely helpful.

Good customer service but not offering flexible credit options compared to other stores. Unfortunately they lost our business.

Whilst the range of items was extensive, and the prices reasonable, the service we received was pretty awful. The representative's first words to us when we walked in was "what can I sell you today? ". He then proceeded to slam every other bed store in the homemaker centre and talk about why they were better. It was quite.uncomfortable and we couldn't wait to get out of there. Ended up buying from Snooze where the service was much better.

Store does not offer an extensive range of items. Very disappointed with my experience and attitude of the owner. Quite disappointed as I feel the Bedding is over priced.

Great service from great staff. Ask for Loretta and you can be sure to get exceptional service. However everyone I had dealt with has been great, so you can't go wrong. Prices are a bit steep compared to the other bed places nearby, but the service and quality more than makes up for it. We just bought a bed from here so hopefully won't need another one for some time, but when we do, we'll be coming back.

I walked in and it smelt like 4 days old seafood.
Also the customer service was horrific.
I waited around for twenty minutes and had to practically beg for any type of assistance.

Helpful, informative and friendly service. No overload on miniscule differences to try and confuse you with spring specification talk. Delightfully to the point. Delivery the following working day within a 2 hour time frame. It is almost a shame that one rarely buys a mattress!
