Fortune Garden Chinese Restaurant

Not enough staff for amount of people. They need to learn how to deliver food to table. Did takeaway first. Took an hour to get first course. Never to return.

Restaurant was full when we rocked up. They fitted us in and promptly took our order. Saw lots of yummy dishes come out for others, sadly there was just the three of us so we only ordered the Chicken noodles and rice. Very good.
Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Great range of options on the menu.

Found this place on Google as I was wanting to find a new Chinese take away in my new area. Well I struck gold here, when I walked in I knew it must be good with the amount of guests and line for takeaway. And it didn’t dissapoint, the food I ordered was without no doubt the best Chinese take away I have experienced. Hot, tasty and authentic, I’ve found a winner that I’ll be going to weekly. And that fried rice, was simply divine.

I like this place a lot. Good food good value. Only had takeaway with garlic vegetables and they where solid. Big menu and very nice service. Nothing too special but I’d recommend. I’d like more vegetarian noodle types though

High quality, old school Chinese. Could not fault anything. Home made Dimmies, sweet sour pork, an amazing fried rice and the best and most flavoursome Mongolian beef you would ever be likely to try. My new go to.

Food was enjoyable and tasty. Fried rice nice flavour. Lemon chicken large in size and tasty. Satay beef and chicken also really good. Springs rolls were average burnt, small and lacked flavour. Serivxe was 3/10. Food took over an hour to arrive. No sorry and no extra prawn crackers to assist the hungy crew waiting. They definitely put takeaways ahead of table service.

Keep seeing people say how amazing there food is and being a lover of chinese food had to give it a go and wow absolutely delicious only 2 good Chinese restaurants in Geelong in my opinion and this is one of them!

Had amazing service when i both dined in and had takeaway! Staff were very friendly, would recommend this to anyone. If coming during a holiday period would definitely recommend possibly booking a table! Prices are great and the serving sizes are generous! Would definitely come here again and again

Absolutely delicious the special fried rice was so good it was very tasty the best I’ve had and the lemon chicken and honey chicken were also delicious and very tasty and the beef Mongolian was great as well I’ll definitely be coming back it has a very nice atmosphere and nice pictures and flowers it has a great vibe the service is great I recommend people to come here and try it out it’s one of the best Chinese restaurant I’ve been to in Belmont where I’ve actually enjoyed everything.compared to other Chinese restaurants where I haven’t enjoyed the food

Delicious food. Great staff and service. We had a banquet for 2 for our 21st wedding anniversary. After recent knee surgery I was in slot of pain so on second thought maybe too soon to go out. We enjoy Fortune Garden it's our favourite place for Chinese food.

Absolutely Delicious. The food is fresh and well made and prepared. The honey chicken is crispy, crunchy and full of flavour.
The fried rice is delicious aswell, I highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely disgusting waited 2 hours between a banquet meal when questioned sorry we are doing take away orders 8 takeaway orders before we were served our meal

Food was great. Service was ordinary. Needed a bigger place to put your food on as we had a banquet.
