Fortis Vaults

I got a medium box for two months yesterday. Easy process, and Sandra explained all the terms and conditions very well. Felt secure from the start. High-level security, only authorized people can get into the vault, making it extra safe.

We could not be happier with the service provided by Fortis Vaults. Their service was highly professional, observing strict confidentiality combined with a genuine sense of care.

Had an appointment that they cancelled with 20 minutes notice when I had already travelled all the way to their office. Waste of time.

I have used Fortis for 2 years. Very straightforward to deal with and always helpful. Easy to set up rolling monthly contract for short term storage or annual, which is also way cheaper than rolling monthly:)

Had a safety deposit box at this facility for 2 years. Great service, appeared very secure and professional and had a reasonable cost. I was very happy and would use again. Only reason for closing was the fact that we're going overseas and won't need it at the moment.

Amazing facility, very secure and professional. Recently opened a safe deposit box here and service was outstanding. It’s also located right next to Australian Bullion Company so it’s very convenient if you’re looking to buy some gold as well.
