Fort Knox Dandenong Staff and Facilities are Amazing! Highly Professional, Excellent Service, Modern and Clean. The staff are very friendly and only too happy to help in anyway possible, from administrative duties to making a much needed coffee. I am very happy with my choice and would recommend Fort Knox in an instant.

I only signed up a few days ago- but from the first phone call brillaint service, and very helpful- I called in to check it out they were super helpful, at an already stressful time they explained everything in full detial, i never felt hurried or a nuisance, the ladies were excellent. Best of all we have already started filling up our unit. Highly recommend.

Fort Knox Dandenong has outstanding customers service. No issue was too difficult, there was a solution to everything. The free trailer use on short notice at moving out is just an unbelievable addition to looking after us. This is why we keep coming back when we need storage.

Most helpful staff, particularly Michelle who excelled in customer service. Units were clean and we were able to easily rent an overflow unit next door. Rates were ok particularly with the discount for first two months.
Lounge for waiting and coffee were clean and freely available.

Simplest of check in.free coffee n cookies on a cold day. Superb very clean unit in easily traversed layout. Staff could not have been more helpful or personable. Very impressed with security procedures at site.

Best storage company I've used. They're containers were very clean, no dust, spiders or evidence of leakages on any of my belongings after a year of usage. They were also flexible towards the end of my tenure to pay week by week while I was trying to settle on Handover date for my house. A+ plus service from the staff there. Recommend!

Didnt expect to have such a great time being shown a 1.8 x 2.4m space. I feel like im one of the family. Such a wonderful team of staff great looking, friendly and professional. Also got a a great deal on the unit. Thanks guys!

Absolutely over the moon with the amazing staff at Fort Knox. They went above and beyond to help us & were fantastic to deal with. The facility is great too, organized and clean. I highly recommend Fort Knox and would gladly get storage there in the future.

Very secure (behind two warehouses) and tough containers. Customer service also excelled. Price was reasonable. Would like opening hours to be much later in the evening during winter but I suppose the rain may pose a risk to customers. Otherwise great experience with Fort Knox.
