Forsyth Park Discount Drug Store (now Your Chemist Shop Truganina)

The pharmacist was free and was mucking around, no one was in the pharmacy but she refused to do my statutory declaration, she said that they do it but she doesn't want to do it. Never coming here again to buy medicine. Waste of time and a joke!

I just wanted to reply back to your response. Firstly as I said earlier the entire pharmacy was empty and the person working there was free and not occupied in anything. Secondly what you said does not make any sense at all, if she was sick then why can't she sight and sign one single piece of paper but she can serve customers, provide them medication and do day to day duties. Thirdly it takes no more than 10-15 seconds for the entire process of sighting ID and signing a single piece of document, it is not a tedious or physically demanding task.

Went to buy antibiotics for my baby, it was suppose to be 20 mls for 5 days but pharmacist was in hurry and didn’t care if she was giving me right amount. Medicine finished in 3 days and she charged full price. Very disappointing

This is the best pharmacy in the area! Joyce is the most wonderful pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with and her and Terry both go the extra mile for customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pharmacy needs!

Very friendly staff. They make you feel good. Excellent advice on a variety of health questions, prompt and accurate medicine dispensing. Proactive.they let us know well in advance when scripts are due. Very reliable and trustworthy. I have been happy to use them as my sole provider for years and highly recommend them.

Excellent and friendly service. The two ladies that operate the pharmacy are very willing to offer professional advice to customers. Also, located adjacent to Medical Center which is very convenient. I have used this pharmacy for the past 5 years

Im a city boy that moved to suburbs recently. I cant beleive the service and professionalism i got from all staff bit two in particular on shift of 14/12 afternoon. Both staff assisted me to knowledge i was NEVER told in my years in the cbd of Melbourne. Thank you!
