Formation Landscapes

Chris and his team at Formation Landscapes provided an exceptional service. From the outset of our first design meeting to the building, completion and follow up after the project was completed we have been nothing but impressed with all aspects of the landscape work and quality delivered. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for any pool and landscapes works.

Well, we can't agree with any of those reviews as reluctant as we've been to put forward our experience we had in 2014 -2016 which was quite the opposite and poor quality workmanship has led to constant and ongoing maintenance. Drainage, decking, water proofing /construction of pool house problematic, alignment of pool fencing and lighting being the main concerns. Despite numerous attempts to rectify issues post completion, as recent as tonight - I came home and yet again another garden lighting circuit has failed due to poor workmanship. Our electrician is constantly replacing failed connections which have oxidised over time. One of the circuits has been out for 6 months due to difficulty finding the failed connection - the poor quality low voltage cable was not run in conduit under paved surfaces and now impossible to access. A continually highly frustrating experience all round for us and it appears to be never ending. We would not recommend.

Chris and his team at Formation Landscapes are an amazing team! Right from the design stage Chris made us feel very relaxed as he paid close attention to our brief and budget. His design was spot on and his team were punctual, friendly and efficient. We are delighted with the results we have achieved.

I was most impressed with Chris's ability to translate my ideas into a comprehensive concept design and subsequently, a stunning landscaped garden. In addition, the inherent challenges of a sloping block were dealt with expertly. The entire process was clearly outlined and Chris, Tommy and the team were readily available to answer any queries.
