What an experience. As soon as I walked through the door Carl listened and knew exactly what I was after. He's professionalism and knowledge of fashion was truly overwhelming. I can't thank Carl and the team at Formal Red enough for making my wedding day extra special.

I recently had the pleasure of creating and ordering my dream wedding suit through Formal Red and was fortunate enough to receive the best customer service that I have ever received from Carl. I came to Carl with some colours, ideas and inspirations and he took it from there. Without being pushy, Carl suggested numerous options for fabrics, colour combinations, suit formations etc and ultimately supported my visions in creating an absolute masterpiece. I couldn’t be happier with how my wedding suit turned out and I received many compliments on the day. The quality of the suit was second to none and the entire process was so seamless, as I was constantly update and advised of next steps throughout the process. Not to mention, every time I entered Formal Red, I felt welcomed from the get go and valued as a customer. I wasn’t just another sale through the door. I will definitely be back in future and would highly recommend Formal Red for not only Grooms, but anyone wanting to purchase or create a genuine suit that fits impeccably. George is an absolute king of his craft and went well and beyond in making sure our needs were attended to in having the perfect suits for my big day as well as ensuring the process was as easy and comfortable as possible for my 3 groomsmen too.

I dealt mostly with George who went out of his way to ensure the groomsmen and I looked our best. It was as if he paid as much attention to my wedding as he would his own. That is service.

Cannot be more appreciative to George and the team at Formal Red. Every visit was a pleasure, as we worked out exactly the wedding outfit I wanted. Got one custom made, and it was a delight to pick out all the little details of the suit; buttons, lapels, sticking, lining, etc. Was absolutely stoked with the final outfit, and I was getting complements on it left right and centre at my wedding! Where do I begin.from the first phone call with George at Formal Red, I knew I was getting my suit made with these guys.
From the moment I walked in at my first appointment, I felt welcomed and so comfortable with who I was dealing with and the whole process in general.
Formal Red has a massive range to choose from and have absolute quality materials.
I got my suit Made to Measure for my wedding in January.
I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and so did these guys.
I showed them what I was looking for and they delivered.
I was treated like a King by these guys and I felt like a King!
The service was impeccable and the finish of the suit to me was out of this world. Could not have asked for anything more!
I got so many comments about my suit on the day, so it just goes to show how good a job these guys did for me.

Outstanding Service and attention to detail.
The one thing that stood out for me was I was in a bind and had to bring a 12 week old puppy to my fitting I called ahead to make sure it was ok. I was told it would not be a problem and it sure wasn't Reggie was made to feel as welcome as I was.
