6I’ve been to this store, the manager Alak. She stripped off a jacket what I was wearing and said I stole it. Until I showed her the receipt, she gave me back the jacket. This is the jacket I bought during lockdown, I still can’t believe that they were still selling it in store. I felt horrible and felt disgraceful. There were so many people around witnessed what happened. There was no apologies. She even said she was just following company policy, and it will happen again if I wear their brand in again. Contacted customer service. They never got back. Ladies consider it if you plan to go to the store, don’t wear their brand, otherwise you might be accused of stealing their item.
Poor customer service. The lady gave priority to other people as if i could not afford something at the shop.when i gave her my membership number while paying and she "pffffff" as if i was annoying her.
Convienient and reliable place to go shopping! Has most shops needed for your shopping needs! Ample parking and parking for the disabled!
