Forever New DFO

This store is an amazing place to buy winter jackets, blazers, knitwear, bags, shoes and dresses at a fraction of what they would cost at their retail stores. Once you've shopped at this store you won't go back to the retail store. Definitely a store worth visiting when at DFO South Wharf as you'll walk out with some great buys.

Worst customer service you could get, lady in the denim looking shirt has the worst attitude and seems like she doesn’t even want to be working there.

I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from Forever New and they were absolutely stunning! The dress flattered all of the girls, even though they came in completely different shapes and sizes. We bought the Marylin Wrap Dress in an emerald green colour. The fact that they have stores all over Melbourne made it so much easier for the girls to try it on with convenience. When horror struck a few days before the wedding with one of the bridesmaids alterations, we were able to find a replacement dress, even though they had been purchased nearly a year prior, and the beautiful staff at the South Wharf store heard our story and did everything in their power to help us, they even gave the new dress to us at a discounted rate. Could not recommend them enough!

The store looks like a tip. Can't find anything. The staff have no idea where anything is either. Needs to be grouped by size.

I tried a dress which had few issues I simple question from casher: what is the last price? She told me: some customer changed the price on the tag! I'm very hard worker and honest person, What she said it mad me deeply offended, very disappointed

After trying on a pair of pants and going to paid to be told the tag had incorrect price the store assistant said someone had changed the tag which to me didn't look like as the price tag was perfect as if it was this price and error was by who priced the pants. Disappointed she didn't offer me the price on the pants as per other retailers would have. Bad consumer experience!

Really unhelpful and ungrateful staff. Called (@5: 50) about an exchange of shopping done 10 minutes ago. Staff member said its okay to come in before 6 and have it exchanged to right size. But when went up to the store (@5: 58) and called them, staff refused to let us in. Now have to come here again from Narre Warren. Highly unprofessional customer service. I dont recommend this store to anyone. Hope the management looks into the matter.

Oh what can you say about any DFO. Had to buy another suitcase if that's any hint. Melbourne on the waterfront.

I was here for an hour trying on clothing and the entire time not one staff member asked if I needed help or even said hello to me. Only reason I stayed and purchased was because I had a voucher I needed to use.

I waited at the counter for a few minutes while staff just chatted to each other which was disappointing.

Amazing staff! I found my size (14) on a sale day! Im a very common size hence its the first to go away at any other outlets in city.

At DFO everything happens, food, shopping and eat and take aways with parking offers from outlets, save on money guys

This place doesn't need any introduction, but it seems they have limited designs on handbags compared to other shops.

People in the store are verry helpful and the best deals with in the best store and amazing food
