Went into the store today and needed help with my online shopping she went above and beyond too help me Thankyou so much Jess and too all the girls in the store so helpful?

So bad. Very disappointed in the service of the staff.i have 25$ in reward if i spend 100$ or more. I get my jacket Spend $150, I want to pay my jacket to redeem $25 reward.she told me that I collect discount item, so can't collect reward card.funny. That's fine with me. I can buy the item more than 150$ why would I take 25$ but I don't like her service is so bad and rude to customers.but I still support. Buying online is better than going to the store to enjoy. ️
maybe, she looks down on Asians people.they think I don't have money to buy.

I always love forever new dress they very good quality but really disappointed with the staff. I’m was already take the dress that potentially I will buy and still searching another dress but the staff was so rush taking my other dress I end up waiting so long to try it on.

I understand may have understaff but I’m feel not welcome in there maybe because I’m Asia look like can’t afford.

Wow trying to call this store for the last 2 days and NO answer what can I say customer service doesn’t exist in this store, I called centre Management & they told me that I’m not the first to complain it’s an on going issue with the store,

No sizes over a size 16? I had to ask for help several times before I was finally served and was then told there was nothing over a size 16. You would think that with the Forever New Curve store at highpoint being shut down that the curve line would be available in stores. Nice way to alienate a whole customer demographic, Forever New.

I'm not sure how to spell her name, I think it was Antoinette but she was extremely helpful and friendly. She guided me in picking out a coat that I fell in love with. Customer service is amazing and I would come here again.:)

Don't usually write reviews for clothing chains but I was really impressed with the customer service by all the ladies working here. Each one went out of their way (going to look for other sizes in the back room, and helping me source sizes at their other stores) to help me. They were also really busy as it was a Thursday evening but remained calm and friendly. Keep up the great work!
