Forever New

This online item was so big for me, and receive the item was taken longer then normal because was ordered on christmas. When asked the staff to exchange to smaller size then ok but not available, however when i asked for return because no fit size they said no, it quite long time?

It is ridiculous, never forever new.

Terrible service at chadstone. Tried on 5 dresses, an placed them back on each individual coat hanger nicely. After trying on the garments I seen a staff member organising and hanging up the unwanted items. I asked if I could put these items here and I was welcomed with a huge sigh saying “ehh I guess” along with a eye roll. I was going to purchase a few items including 1 of the 5 dresses but ended up putting them back after this encounter.

The WORST ever online shop! Bought dress nearly 3 weeks ago! Any other shop dispatches product next day the latest. Forever new took 2 weeks dispatch it and only because I contacted them, otherwise God knows how long it will be sitting there! Now takes a week to deliver! Still not delivered!
Avoid Online shopping with them! The worst ever service!

Worse customer service at Chadstone, asked for a receipt, was told it would be emailed, waited, no email, came back to ask again, said it would be emailed.
Husband called store, no details of purchase on my account.

Husband goes in and asks for a receipt, told to take it up with IT and accused of being rude. Husband left and told was rude. Woman has an accent, I think Sth African or UK.

Maybe she was racist, hope not. Had to take a screenshot of the purchase on her screen, somehow unable to print out. Would never shop there again.

I hope the manager will reply and have the integrity to stamp out this sort of behaviour. There is no place for this in the workplace.

I am so relieved there is a forum to comment on such incidences. I read of many rude staff here on this forum and so proud other customers have taking time to call this out

Fantastic staff! I was looked after by Eleni who was so lovely and accommodated my requests with taking home the hanger for my large coat. We had such a laugh about the whole experience. Would go back anytime!

I was served by Inchara. She started giving me attitude the moment she greeted me, wouldn’t listen to what I have to say even though I’ve shopped with Forever New for years and I know the returns policy quite well. I knew anything I have to say would be lost on her at that point so I asked for the store manager, she continued trying to argue despite me asking to escalate the matter. I ended up being right and she rolled her eyes at me when she found out she was wrong instead of apologising.

It looked like she was also quite rude to her team members as well, ordering them to do things that she could have easily done herself but decided to stand around doing nothing instead.

A shocker of an experience.

The staff working night shift were so rude, the two younger girls working in change rooms were snapping at my friend and I because she wanted to try on a few dresses at almost closing time. The older lady working with the short hair death stared my friend and I up and down as we were walking out at 9: 07. Terrible customer service, as a ex retail worker of multiple clothing / fashion stores this is not how you should treat customers just because you’re about to close.

Eleni is fantastic, she went above and beyond to help me get the best service! It was past their closing time on a Friday and in spite of that Eleni took the time to look after me with a big smile and pleasing attitude. This was my second experience with her at the same store. Must say with this dedication to what she does, Eleni is going places!

Has the most gorgeous clothes, especially for going out. Lots to choose from. The clothes are not cheap, but we'll worth the money. Bought a lovely summer dress for an upcoming summer wedding. The bride also bought her bridesmaids dresses from here. You can also buy online.

I came in specifically to try on a dress as I was in between sizing and didn’t want to purchase online. On arrival there was limited sizes on display so asked one of the change room girls to try and find additional sizing and to my disappointment she said no. I found a top that I liked so went to pay and thought I’d try my luck again and asked her to check for the dress in the storeroom for me. 2 minutes later she came back with the dress in my size! 3/5 rating as the initial change room girl failed to look for my dress properly but overall satisfied with my visit

Dakota helped me in the change rooms and it was a lovely experience! She was very friendly and accommodating and would come back for more experiences like this!

I wanted to check an item via phone call and tried to ring the store in Chadstone 5 times between 9-11am but no one pick up the call. I called another branch and they picked up straight away.

I absolutely love forever new, this is my go to place for work clothes, casual clothes and those special occasion clothes. They have beautiful dresses. Go to the myer Car park and down the escalator and enter and you will find it very easily! They also have beautiful accessories to match like bags, shoes, belts and earrings and even phone cases!

Welcome back to shopping post lockdown. Whoop whoop It seems as though Chadstone have really bounced back. So happy to be out and about again.

Maybe I’ve grown out of the styles but there didn’t seem to be one piece that I wanted to even try on this time. Maybe next season will be better.

I have mostly always like Forever New. I have a lot of beautiful pieces from there.

This particular store was clean, neat, and the staff seemed friendly. I did get there on opening.
