Tell you what mum got caught in this joint for a good while. Brought in by the bright colours and shiny items. They got the forever part right that's for sure. But mums happy so 5stars

Had a lovely experience today with the friendly helpful staff, Rima took the extra time to deliver exceptional customer service.
Which lead to additional sales for the store.

Customer service was pathetic…. I bought a coat for $189 and after only 3 wears showed signs of lint all over my coat and when i reach out to them they try to make excuse that it is because i didn't take care of my coat. I will neither buy nor recommend anyone to buy a coat from there.

My wife was served by a lovely Tanya last week who provided her with the best retail and customer service experience I've received in a while!

I really like to shop at forever new. You will find anything you need from casual to formal outfits accessories and fashion jewellery shoes and bags. Very friendly staff and good service.

Poor customer service, 3 girls at reception continued to have a discussion while serving me without saying hello.

Walked in went upstairs. Young lady was so helpful. Couldn't do enough. Once I went back to purchase, she remembered me and my name. Again very helpful

The sales attendant was very rude and usked me impolitely to hang up the clothes before handing them out.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the clothes and the layout of shop is excellent, especially if you have a pram

Very bad customer service, I was looking for a dress and a clutch from forever new (Highpoint) today. I saw a sign on the shelves next to clutches says 30% off and some of them 50%, i wasn’t sure if the sign meant to be for clutches or some other items on the shelves as it doesn’t say except the discount. So I asked one of the girls if the clutch that I liked it’s discounted or not. She said no it’s still full price without even checking. Now I’m looking online and it’s on discount It’s really upsets me. The dress that I want to buy I had to ask twice to check the size I need if it’s available at their shop. Very disappointed today with their customer service.

Went in with the girlfriend looking for an outfit, the staff were extremely friendly and more than willing to assist. Although the ended up not having stock of the size we were after they checked stock at other stores and pointed us to a store that did.

Bought a great dress here with my friends. Its great to see that the staff are so easy going, especially with a my friends sitting inside not buying anything. Also really great stock!

Imbecile, the very very best service, to 2 New Zealand visitors, the delightful Glaudia went the extra mile to make sure our queries were met, ringing the Melbourne City so to see if they had size we required, gave us instructions, to get to the city shop, she was pleasant, helpful and a delight to deal with, you often do not get that kind of friendly efficient service from shop assistants these days. Glaudia, we were very impressed, Thank you
