The worst customer service I have ever received. Staff are constantly on a high horse, only greeting you if they like your appearance. The manager there, my god does she not know how to do her job. Terrible customer service, every time I spend there I feel like it’s a waste of my money and not worth the budget they’re trying to make for that day. Worst store, with the worst customer service, and that is an understatement.
My cousin put a dress on hold for our other cousins huge event. When she went to pick it up 20 minutes after putting it on hold, One of the ladys sold it infront of her to someone else. When the lady was asked why she did that she pretty much responded with "too bad"
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I had the epping store call and put a dress on hold, as I was on my way to pick it up from Craigieburn. It took me 20 minutes to get there, and as they told the epping store they will leave it on hold till the next day. As i entered the store, i stood behind a lady in line until the cashier had finished serving her. It came to my attention she was PURCHASING the dress that I had just called to put on hold for me! When I approached the staff member she said it was in the hold section 'with no note on it' I was pretty much shrugged off, and told "too bad" we sold the dress and there is nothing we can do. Now this is not about a dress, its the principle. The staff member i spoke to, which seemed like a manager told me she was "multi tasking" and didn't have time to write my name on it, when I saw her with my own eyes eating in the store room. So much for multi tasking! They then made me feel as if I was wasting my time, as they called a different store and asked me "are you just going to stand around until we get through to the store? " After the inconvenience of driving to Craigieburn from Epping, only for them to be this rude. The absolute WORST.
