7Staff member was trying extremely hard to try to convince me to purchase coat. Unusual and desperate encounter.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING BEHAVIOUR from the staff at Forever New Epping. My Aunty came in store to shop today and as she made her way to another store in the plaza, she was abruptly stopped by security accusing her of stealing and checked her bags. She responded that she didn’t and the Forever New retail assistant pointed to her coat. She had purchased this new coat the week prior and was wearing it out.and was ACCUSED of stealing it. This left her feeling embarrassed, humiliated and distressed. Security did not let her leave and demanded her to wait for them to verify. So does that imply that everyone who wears an item purchased from Forever New into and then out is stealing? The security personnel apologised for the inconvenience when the surveillance footage was checked but nothing was said from the Forever New employee. This is offensive as my Aunty (like many others) have been a loyal customer and was just causally shopping. Forever New needs to have a better procedure to approach customers or to be more vigilant of customers entering to prevent this from happening in the first place. She will NOT be shopping here again, as this experience has left her traumatised.
My experience was very good and the service was so goo i think mabye you can put a tv in their if your bored but it was very good
Love there clothes! Good quality but sometimes prices are a bit high for the piece of clothes. Went in twice staff were too busy chatting and didn't acknowledge the customers.
Hi there i did go in this store to see if i can find something that i can buy for my self but did not find nothing i can find that i liked at this time may be next time i might find somethig next time if i do came back to that store again
