Forever New

I love Forever New, yet not the Doncaster store. We were in there today - a relatively quiet Sunday with at least 3 idle staff - and my daughter tried on multiple dresses. Not a single word was said to us by any staff member, not a smile or any attempt to make eye contact. It isn't difficult to treat potential customers with respect and basic decency, however if staff elect not to then they have shown the customer they are not valued. We will go to stores with at least a modicum of service in future.

Charlotte was absolutely fantastic at helping me pick what I needed and getting one item reserved at another store! One of my favourite brands, so lovely to see such great people working there Thank you Charlotte for the brilliant service!

I visited Forever New a Doncaster on 10 June looking for a dress for a special occasion. I had Sepi looking after me and she was amazing! She spent a lot of time with me and gave me her honest opinion which is what I wanted and really appreciated.

Forever new is an AMAZING clothes store with fabulous quality! I would never shop anywhere else for any occasion that I'm going to. Although expensive their clothes last brilliantly I've never had an issue with anything- shoes, jewelry, coats, tops, bags anything at all! Staff are always lovely and so helpful I just love that store <3

Walked in and didn't get approached at all in 5 minutes of browsing and had to go and ask to try on something, also quite pricey.

Quality would definitely be more than excellent! I simply loveee forever new! There cant be a better shop than forever new! I would love to fill my whole wardrobe with forever new clothes! BEST SHOP! SHOP THERE EVERYONE!

Amazing customer service! Special mention goes to Elyse who helped my partner track down a gorgeous coat I had my eye on. We don't live anywhere near Doncaster but we'll definitely be coming back!
