Forever New

This shop is okay.a bit pricey but if they have a Sale it's good to stack up because most of their clothes are well made.

Monday night I came in shopping for a dress with my daughter. We where served by 2 beautiful girls cannot thankyou enough for your kind way of service and guidance. So lovely to have shopped here. Will return just for the lovely attitude of them both

Great variety of clothes for the curvier woman, including a great selection of formal and evening wear, unlike other plus size dedicated stores in fountain gate

My favourite place to shop in the whole wide world, and they wrap your clothes in tissue paper which is great. That said, they need to check their jackets and stuff that have buttons. They're missing on some outfits and I had one fall off when I got it home.

I went into FN Fountain Gate sceptical that there would be something in the curve range for a 49 yr old, but I was looking for a outfit for a special event and was pretty clueless about what I wanted. I got fantastic suggestions from 2 staff members whos names start with S & V (but I cant remember their full names, apologies). When one dress required a belt that it didn't come with, and a colour match wasnt found on the rack on the floor, the staff went out of their way to look through a spares box in their store room. One was found that matched perfectly and it completely needed it. I ended up buying 2 dresses and was so happy with the honest opinions and helpful suggestions provided. Will def be back. Great product knowledge and customer service.

As much as I love the clothes, I visited the Fountain Gate store during the week to update my work wardrobe. There were probably about 4 staff that were walking around more interested in checking themselves out in the mirrors. Not once did anyone greet myself or other customers in the store. The staff even huddled together to have a bit of a chit chat than serve customers. Good customer service seems very hard to find! Online shopping it shall be!

Awesome waiting rooms. Super considerate of them to have couches there. Respect to whoever thought of that. I can finally have a seat after a long day of shopping.

Went in today, the lady in the fitting rooms was extremely rude and moody. Came in wanting to buy a few things but was put off by her attitude a left.

Once again, workers don’t even ask if I need any help. Today, I was looking at clothes in the sale and a worker was putting clothes back right next to me. At first, I thought she was a customer just putting a dress back. WRONG.she was a worker and she didn’t even speak to me once, I just walked out.

The place has such a potential to be better but unfortunately you can fake passion if what you do isn't in your blood! The clothing is lovely.

I absolutely love the Forever New brand and I'm so so so glad the customer service at their Fountain Gate store is amazing otherwise I would have been discouraged from shopping there. The staff are very friendly and warm, and approach me regularly as I browse the store to make sure I'm not standing there lost and confused. They also do a great job at keeping the shop floor and change rooms tidy. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave with a few new dresses for my wardrobe, my experiences at Forever New have always been positive.
