Atrocius! Waited a combined 166 minutes (2 hours 46 min) for someone to pick up the phone and nobody did in the end! What a waste of time. So, at 3: 42pm I called and left my phone number on their message system as they said they will call back in 35 minutes. Then, instead of 35 minutes, they called back at 5: 28pm (106 minutes later) and said your position in the queue is now #1 and the wait time is 5 min. I was then waiting on hold for 1 hour so I hung up. So let me get this straight, THEY CALLED ME, not the other way around this time, and made me wait another hour before I eventually hung up. Ridiculous

The doctors here are hit and miss. Some are ok but some aren't. My last appointment however was appalling. The doctor was abrupt and only gave me 5 minutes of her time.
I do know that there are some that are patient and empathetic, but it is just the luck of the draw.

Bad enough that Dr Goh was over 100mins behind apptmts at 11am (even after queue walkouts), but reception kept saying "just a few minutes). Then he demands new Pt fee, tho' only after script renewal from Dr that'd left. Arrogant, rude.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Janet Ho, physiotherapist, for many years! She is full of compassion and empathy to her clients. She’s patience with great listening skills. Most importantly, she healed us completely from fractures, torn tendons, muscles, etc! Thank you Janet! You are so amazing! Thank you for your knowledge and skills of helping me, my family and friends to be healed completely and set free from pains!

Terrible phone service.waited over 3 1/2 hours over 2 days just to reschedule an appointment.it's just as bad waiting in line, because the receptionists don't know how to do their job while they're sitting there gossiping.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and very efficient. My doctor has been at the practice for many years and we have a good relationship.

Two telehealth booked no one called.disconnected my call after 45 mins. Doctors are fine but the reception is garbage.

I waited more then 1hrs with little kid and doctor take other patient after went to again reception then she call to doctors room and says doctor is waiting
No sorry or nathing and it's treat like nathing to happen
So bed service I never going back to this practice

Do not recommend Dr. Ashish Mukundan.

Came in for a knee injury and told him if may of happened at work. He immediately raised his voice and said I DO NOT DO WORK COVER OKAY (I wasn’t even after work cover) and he kept dismissing my knee pain saying it shouldn’t happen to people my age.

Please do not go to him. I payed $64 for a short consultation he was no help. No concern, very dismissive and I’m very disappointed

I made an appointment at 9.10. I was there on time. I waited patiently until 9.35, I asked reception when I would be seen, I still had 1 person in front of me to be seen.

What’s the point of and early appointment if you can’t keep it.

How do you expect a 5 star review, or anything other than a 1 star review if this is how things are?

Young Ben on reception was very professional, yet warm and personable.there was a long wait but Dr Kamal is very thorough with her patients so that is a good thing.

Dr Peiris is the GP for my husband and I. He diagnosed my husband with a stone in the saliva gland when other doctors were unsure what might be the problem. He seems to be excellent in diagnosis in all cases when we needed one.
The clinic has radiology, specialists, lab etc.

Horrible. Have refused to refer me to further treatment as hospital advised on discharge letter that I presented to doctor. I needed urgent care and was very rudely refused multiple times and put down or not taken seriously by the doctor on multiple occasions. I wish I could give 0 stars. They don't know a single thing and treat people so coldly. The hospital has since advised me to stay away from this centre as they also have heard similar things aswell.

We been the clinic a few years ago and always liked the walk-in way which was suitable and convenient for us. We went to the clinic and waited for two hours. We weren't told how long we have to wait in the beginning. We will have other plans if reception told they are not sure how long we have to wait. We only were told doctor were fully booked. We have been waiting for two hours already till we have to asked the desk. There was no information provided by receptionists and we could wait for a whole day as we already waited for the whole morning.

I had a telephone appointment to which i needed a referral however I don't need for another month so I cancelled with the receptionist as she told me it is not bulk billing on public holidays. She then told me the doctor has already done which obv had not been done as I spoke to the doctor 2 mins earlier.its an absolute disgrace this was not mentioned to me before a 2 min conversation with the doctor.

I took my daughter here to the Priority Primary Care Centre and the team were excellent. Such an efficient process to clean the glass out of the wounds, stop the bleeding, check there were no fractures and glue the wounds. Thank you for your caring nature. Excellent service.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Clean place. I visited the clinic to see Dr. Rajiv Peiris who is a brilliant doctor, takes time to listen and examine the patient carefully. My husband and I have been visiting this clinic to see Dr. Rajiv for over 5 years and have no complaints except to recommend. Thank you

Dr. Elizabeth Gazdik has been seeing my mum for a few years and after my return to Melbourne I have started seeing her too. Despite her busy popularity, she still manages to be thorough and professional in an understanding manner. It is refreshing to have such care from health services in today's high demand. Thank you.

Spewing I can’t give minus stars. This practice is a joke. Impossible to make an appointment via their online booking system, no one ever answers the phone to help and I just waited 2 hours only to be booked into the wrong doctor then told they can’t help me. Idiots. So angry
