Great practice where I have been going since 2018 and am happy to see any of the doctors. Highly recommend.

Pathetic, Apathetic, Cruel 8 doctors refused to see me an Australian citizen disabled for Migraine tablets. Shame on you

Dr Wimanshi was lovely and kind.took time to listen to my concerns. Welcoming practice with friendly staff.

Dr Shalini has taken over my care recently and I am glad that I moved to FHFC. The timely reminders from the nurse team to the admin team who will go out of their way to help has been a refreshing change from what I am used to. And when Dr Shalini is away I have been looked after well by the other doctors at FHFC. Thank you.

Dr Wimanshi Gamage, I cannot be more happy. She is kind, caring, listens to you attentively, is knowledgable & makes you feel extremely comfortable. I can say I am happy to finally have found a new long term GP. The hunt for a new one has been tiresome so glad I met her today.

We got our Covid vaccinations at this clinic. The staff are all very friendly and provide a great service. I also go to the other allied health service provided in the same location? Especially the dental surgery - run by 2 great dentists. It’s just around the corner from Forest Hill - and plenty of parking at the rear.

Receptionist was rude. I went in to inquire about being a new patient, it was the older lady with gray medium length hair and glasses sitting on the right of the counter. May i suggest she visits one of the doctors there for her menopause or get prescribed some chill pills! Plenty of other clinics in the area with nicer receptionists.

Sylvia over the phone not very helpful or friendly. Hung up when I told her I hadn’t been to the clinic before when trying to get an appointment

Great service, staff and manager’s are lovely. Had all three COVID vaccines there, was cared for after each appointment. Team doing a great job. Absolutely loved my experience here and will be definitely coming back.

Excellent doctor. Friendly staff. Such a great service, I could not believe I was bulk billed. It is not easy to find a good bulk billing GP near me.
The doctor has listened to my concerns, did not rash me out. Turned out I was eligible for free physio due to my chronic condition. That was great. Thank you!

Dr Anandi is very enthusiastic. She's keen to get problems sorted and I'm old and this is very refreshing.
Kaminthia is a wonderful Podiatrist and listens to all my problems. I feel I'm walking on air as my feet feel so good when I leave.

I had my Pfizer vaccinations at Forest Hill Family Clinic. I was seen on time for both my vaccinations. The clinic is very professional and highly organised. All the staff I had contact with were warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr Shalini is the only GP I choose for my family. She is warm, genuinely caring, affirming, incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. The staffs are friendly, booking process can be done easily with their website and the clinic has ample parking. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had the best GP when I was in Melbourne in Windham Village Medical Centre. She is thorough and she personally calls me sometimes to check on me if I don't see her as scheduled. Her name is Dr Shalini Wickramisinghe. It's a shame she moved to Forest Hill. But I now live in California so I don't see her anymore. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely friendly and efficient staff, from the moment you enter it’s a comforting and reliable experience. I took my aunt to see Dr Shalini and her service was so kind, thorough, insightful and experienced. My aunts daughter and entire family was so impressed and have been seeing her since then. Shalini’s expertise and dedication to her patients was very evident in how she handled everything.
Recently I took my son and was very impressed and touched with the friendly, dedicated and efficient service of the staff and nurses. I will continue to take him there and my experience was very positive and I highly recommend this experienced and efficient practice here which offers a wide range of service.

Visited Forest Hill Family Clinic last weekend for my first Pfizer vaccination. Excellent service from start to finish - a well oiled system that had us in and out as efficiently as possible. And a super friendly team delivering a lovely personal service.

Great experience with Dr Shalini Wickramasinghe after taking my elderly mother there. Dr Wickramasinghe really listened to the issues mum was facing and was very proactive with getting her issues further investigated.

This is a well run, friendly clinic. As a first time mum I am sure I drive them nuts. But they are always polite and squeeze you in when you need a last minute appointment. The Doctors are professional and don't make you feel rushed during appointments.
