Footscray Kebab House

Poor quality kebab, says a meal on the menu but doesn't come with chips. Very overpriced for what you get. Very dissatisfied

We visited the Footscray Best Kebab House on Monday. Meat was cooked perfectly. Salad was crisp and fresh. Dips were amazing and especially with the homemade turkish bread. Ask for tea, it firs perfectly with the meal.
Your plate is generously piled up with delicious homemade fresh food.
I will definitely be bringing the family to dine at Footscray kebab house.

Went after a long time. The experience was awesome. Food was as usual very delicious and the owner is always so polite.

Ordered a large kofte meal and this is what was served! Awesome flavours, rice was cooked beautifully, fresh salad, flavoursome dips (chilli) and (garlic) and some toasty warm bread on the side. The meat was tender and full of flavour, enjoyed every bit of my meal here.highly recommended. Also staff were very courteous and inviting even though they were quite busy. I understand now why they were as busy as the were! Awesome eat!

What once was an excellent spot to fill that inner itch has become a price jacked boujee spot for the rich. Steer clear of this place for fear of paying too much for the food on your plate! It used to be cheaper until Covid19 hit now I can't believe it, when I saw the price as I walked through the door, I swiftly turned on the spot and left to spend my money at a different kebab shop.

I love that they do the falafel with rice and salad. Reminds me of Berlin. Delicious falafel, hummus and chilli dip. Pickled chillis too. Just make sure you choose your dips if you are vegan. Mine came with yogurt so next time I'll be more specific.

Not good the is old like from 2 day ago its not fresh I've seen them using yesterday's leftover meat

Didn’t ask for half cooked chicken kebab. Worst kebab ever had in my life. EFTPOS transaction surcharge 50 cents even if I spend 28$? Never coming back to this place.

Really nice and fresh foods, enjoyed. But one thing didn’t provide enough napkins, really hard with kids.

A few improvements for dining in could be that whilst dining in customers are waiting for there food have the Turkish bread out on there table first to nibble on instead serving it last
Maybe perhaps serve the bread and dips first while waiting for there mains.
May I also suggest to not leave napkins ontop of bread as it makes the napkins soggy
Perhaps extra napkins on side? Or box of tissues at the tables

The kebab is cooked great right in front of you. The meat is tender as well and isn't too dry.the sauces are okay and they charge a lot for a hommous topping in your kebab. Nonetheless the store is well managed and is one of the best in Footscray.

Once I was shopping in Footscray area and I craved a HSP. I found this nice place that had a good enough decor to show some quality. The food was way better than expected. The HSP had enough meat in it. The fries were crisp yet soft. The garlic sauce though was a bit sweeter than I want it to be.

13.50 for kebab that is mostly salad as they are so stingy with meat.
There are other places in the area where you get more meat for less $$

Poor quality, especially the rice looks like sitting there for few days and chicken was still pink I mean not cooked properly. And the chilli dip was disgusting, never tasted that poor quality before.

They always keep forgetting to put sauce in my kebab and got my order wrong when I asked for no tomato. Second time they forgot my sauce again and it’s just tasteless meat.

$13 for a small size is a bit too pricey, I can get their medium size equivalent for $13 elsewhere. But other than that, it is good!

Visited this place for lunch. There are enough options to choose from the menu, and I chose my favourite Kebab meal, comes with meat, rice, salad, 2 dips and bread. I liked the bread most among the items, it was soft and appetising. Overall, I loved the meal, was enough to make my tummy full. Place is little congested but it was fine.

Not the cheapest halal snack pack I've ever eaten, but definitely the fanciest.

I got my food dine in, with extra Jalapenos on top. I was a little surprised to receive my HSP plated beautifully, with thin, whole jalapenos rather than the traditional slices. The meat was a little underdone, I prefer some slightly charred pieces to break up the flavour but overall was definitely a tasty, filling meal.

I've been coming here for years and I've never been let down. Amazing quality and a far price. Can't recommend enough.
