70 Attended this venue a few weekends back on a retreat. Food was cold, soup lacked flavour and offering resembled Camp Buxton. Food so bad some of us h
got takeaway instead of eating in. Short staffed, and staff not engaging. Took an hour to wait for a flat white at breakfast only to find they had forgotten my order. Facilities like the pool still closed. Rooms reasonable, bed comfy. Left my pillow behind, called them and they said they couldn't find it which is virtually impossible as it had a different colour pillowcase. Won't be returning
We expected the rooms to be dated and fairly average and they were - but beds were sublime and the shower was great. Location was perfect and convenient.
Our first church conference in 3 years (due to COVID lockdowns) - Foothills was the perfect place! Rooms are first-rate, food is gourmet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
We just had our wedding at Foothill Conference Centre. I recommend Jasmine, the main organizer who caters us throughout the wedding process. The planning was so easy with her and we are amazed by the gorgeous set up of the wedding reception. They are very classy and match with my theme well. Our guests complimented on the venue including the reception and chapel. We are so glad that we chose foothill conference centre for our wedding. No regrets. All the staffs are so easy to work with and catering the guests well. They have a good team in taking care of allergies and food requirements. Overall we are really satisfied with everything. We would also like to share our appreciation to Rose (who took charge on that day, make sure the wedding held smoothly), Marty (who stayed up late waiting for us to set up the venue) and all the staffs who served the guest and us. Thank you very much for everything!
Very impressive. We had an exhibition there and the communication with staff was great. All staff were super friendly and helpful.
Great place to stay, Jasmine is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Rooms are large, beds are huge. Grounds are well kept with plenty of grassed areas. We had a large group stay after a wedding nearby In. The Yarra valley.
Would definitely recommend.
We booked the hotel today, it was great experience. The bed is so big and comfy. The place is super clean and quiet.

Lovely place to stay, quiet and peaceful. We stayed for one night and we were able to have a late check out at 12 and we really appreciated it! I highly recommend this place

Beautifully furnished and large rooms with plenty of parking and peaceful grounds. 5 minutes to Lilydale. It's Jim's place, so you can be assured the mowing, electrical, pest control, etc are all top notch. Good value for money too.
Beautiful, peaceful surrounds. The most comfortable bed ever and spotlessly clean room. Check in was easy. As no food is available a microwave in the room would be useful. In summer it would be great to use the pool.
Comfortable accomodation on a large quiet estate with security and attentive reception staff. Nice venue if you want a bit of peace and quiet off the main drag but accessible to shops and services
We had our wedding on the 23rd April 2021at Foothills Conference Centre what a fantastic venue all our guests commented on what a beautiful place we choose to get married also how good the food was. We had the advantage of arriving in a golf buggy which is something different to the gazebo which was decorated beautifully I was very impressed with the reception & the set up better then I imagined. A big thank you to all the staff especially Nathan, Rose & Jasmine did a great job to make my day stress free & run smoothly, they where happy to help if I needed anything. Our executive suite & deluxe rooms where large & comfortable beds.
The breakfast buffet was well organised it was a great way to end our wedding celebrations with our family & friends.
I would definitely recommend Foothills Conference Centre for your wedding venue it was so convenient as its a great package with cemerony, Reception & accommodation all in the one place.
Our conference was a great success thanks to Jasmine and the team. Everything was very easy to organise and nothing was too much trouble for the team. The facilities were excellent and the location was beautiful. We couldn’t recommend Foothills highly enough.
Our conference in April 2021 was a great success, thanks to staff and the setup at Foothills. A great facility in a convenient location that really worked for our requirements. A massive thank you to Jasmine for her professional but friendly approach while helping me to organise our event. We will definitely be back.
Had a very short stay and the room and location were lovely. Had a little trouble following the map to find my room in the middle of the night though. Only comment would be the map or signage could use a little more detail. Very helpful staff assisting with after hours check in:)
Service is good. Lovely people. Accommodation is comfortable. Ability to deal with food allergies isn't up to scratch. Gluten free, vegetarian, lactose free no worries. Fructose free/ garlic free didn't happen. Supposed 'special meal' was full of onion. Ended up leaving early and getting take away.

We had a nice stay here, pretty environment, you are in the middle of the bush but not far away from society.
Rooms are large, beds were large but decor was, perhaps best to say, dated.
Comfortable, clean, a place to stay for a meeting or business but not one for a romantic getaway.
National Office for Jim's Group. Staff professional. Food exceptional. Too many sensation staff to mention. Nathan always gives great service. Awesome presenters for training. Jim always says hello.
