8 After seeing Una the podiatrist, my GP asked me to check something with her. I called many times, left many messages but she never returned my call!
Foot Solutions had trouble locating me in their system every time I called but eventually did 3 times in my many calls.
Shocking patient history system and no follow-up service!
The podiatrist looked at the feet. Already tried on the shoes and confirmed the shoe size. After that, I have to measure my feet again. And there is no notice of the need to charge. When I went there, I said 99 to see a doctor, and then I swiped my card to 199. I felt cheated
Didn’t manage to catch the podiatrist’s name (blonde lady with an Irish accent) but she was absolutely lovely - so friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The other workers are also great - proficient in both English and Mandarin and give clear instructions.
After waiting two months for an appointment, which they confirmed, they cancelled the appointment on the day and did not offer me any alternative. My appointment had already been shifted back previously and now they told me to go somewhere else. Will not be booking with Foot Solutions again.
Totally ripped off.
I went to check my daughters flat foot.all she did was giving some shoe brands.how much they charged? $75.
I've been here several times now & on each visit I've received such friendly & professional attention. Una's a treasure. Very reasonably priced for services offered.
Happy with the services. Went in because my child's right foot arch is causing her pain, they have this solution of a custom scan insole to correct her right foot, so she is standing straight and walk better now. The staff have good knowledge, the podiatrist gave us lots of exercise to stretch her ankle before sports competitions. The shop is well laid out. Highly recommended it.
Fantastic customer service, the podiatrist was very caring and gave me lots of advice on how to improve my Arch's health. The ladies took her time to fit the right pair of shoes for my up coming hiking trip to Japan. Thanks guys! They are professional in fitting for your feet.
