Flat footed since I was a young child I had started getting really bad pain whenever not wearing my orthotics (no barefoot or beach for me) Jon assessed and remobilized my feet and I now have an arch. Not completely out of orthotics but highly recommended.

I presented with nerve pain in my second toe as my big toe had a bunion and had moved so much. I had seen their street sign as I walk past here on a daily basis and like the idea of no surgery. John is so approachable, always friendly and happy and works very efficiently. Vicki in reception is always helpful and very welcoming. They are a great team.
I found the program to be highly satisfactory and now have greater movement and no pain or discomfort in my feet. Highly recommended!

I had excruciating pain in my foot for about six months before a friend suggested John. I had tried every treatment known to man, injections, mobility boot, you name it I tried it. I went from not being able to walk barefoot to now having no pain at all, and can now walk all day with no problems. John and Vicki, on the front desk, very helpful and welcoming.

When I came to the practice, I had pain in my feet, 4 months later the pain is gone. John is highly knowledgeable and all the exercises he told me to do always come in handy, very happy with the results, would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I didn't check the opening times and went during lunch (hoping to buy an insole) when they had already closed at 11.30am. Vickie let me in and even took the time to go through the different sizes with me to make sure they fit correctly - I am so grateful for her.

I was out walking with a friend and was complaining to her that I was struggling to walk any distance without feeling pain and some numbness in my feet. The orthotics that I had been wearing for some years were giving me little or no relief. She recommended that I see John at the Foot Posture Centre as he had helped her some years before. I attended the clinic and found John very easy to talk to. We discussed a plan to get my feet on the right road, which involved attending the clinic and doing regular exercises at home. The program is quite intensive for the first few weeks but the results are well worth the effort. Vicki on Reception was also very helpful when working out appointment schedules, health claims etc. My feet are now so much better, I no longer need orthotics and am now planning to walk part of the Camino - something a couple of years ago I didn't think would be possible. I have and will continue to recommend the Foot Posture Centre to family and friends.

I had knee and lower back pain. I also had cartilage growing out on the side of my big toe. After treatment from John for 3 months I have no pain and the cartilage on my toe has reduced in size by half.

When I first attended Foot Posture Centre, Forest Hill I had a Morton’s Neuroma as well as heel pain in my right foot and limped due to constant pain and discomfort. I had tried other treatments (podiatry and physio) to no avail. A friend recommended the Centre and within 2-3 weeks of commencing treatment with podiatrist John I was able to walk without pain or limping for the first time in almost two years. John is a wonderfully skilled podiatrist and both he and Vicki at reception provide exceptional, professional service. I cannot recommend Foot Posture Centre, Forest Hill highly enough.

My lingering issues with Achilles tendons on both feet were about 80% resolved by John over a 6 month period allowing me to partake in activities that were difficult in the past. My xrays clearly show a vast improvement also. My treatment is ongoing and I have no doubt that I will be 100% cured given time and the right care. I would highly recommend John and his wonderful assistant Vicki to anyone who suffers from any foot problems.

My husband has been seeing John and had great results with his Plantar Fasciitis, there were days where he could only work for 2 hours a day and then needed to come home because of the pain. Now he has no problems and can work up to 10 hours on his feet and all is good, thanks John for your work and expertise

I was recommended John by a family friend as my ankles rolled in when I walked and I suffered from arch and heel pain. After 3 months of having adjustments with John, and following the set exercises, I have seen a huge improvement in my feet. My feet are neutral when I walk and no more heel or arch pain! I highly recommend John, he is thorough, highly knowledgeable and checks in to understand where you are at. John and Vicki are so supportive and ensure they do all they can so you get the most out of the treatments.

I am a 70 yr old and a very active walker. I have never had any problems whatsoever with my feet. Suddenly I started suffering from plantar faciitis in my right heel. Very painful and impossible to walk immediately after getting out of bed and also at times during the day.
My wife had been treated by John Sfinas some years ago and has referred many of her friends to him. All have spoken very highly of John and his techniques and the success they have all enjoyed.
I was particularly interested in his "natural therapy" approach to posture rectification as opposed to quick fixes.
I entered into a programme that John recommended for me. It started with an X-ray which showed my foot structure problem. John's therapy is hands-on adjustment and includes a number of exercises for me to do at home.
The end result is that I am now completely free of any pain or discomfort. Before and after X-rays clearly show the significant improvement in foot posture. I am now back to my usual activities without any problems at all.
The front office staff are wonderful and very helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional service I received all round and I do not hesitate in recommending John as a "super fixer". Don't think twice, just go and see him.

I used to barely be able to walk in the mornings due to ankle pain and running was no longer an option. After John's treatment I'm now far more active and pain free! Can't recommend highly enough and the staff are wonderful!

John and the team were great. I suffered severe foot pain, I could barely walk when I first saw John. Both feet rolled in with some knee issues. I had seen a few Podiatrists before John with not much success. I can now stand and walk for longer periods of time with not much pain. I would highly recommend John.

From an inactive childhood till age 20 then throwing myself 100kms an hour into circus, gymnastics, parkour and ninja I developed alot of issues due to my flat feet, including a couple of big injuries and have struggled from not being able to walk to everyday mild discomfort inhibiting me from doing my job as a Ninja Coach.
