I have been using orthotics for many years. My last orthotics have been made by Company FootPlus. High level of professionalism of the staff and the use of modern diagnostic equipment has provided an excellent quality of the product. In addition, a set of shoes and professional help in choosing them allowed me to improve my mobility. This is especially important for me, as I recently had an ankle fracture. Great range of products in stock and great service provided by team of FootPlus allows me to recommend the company to all my acquaintances. Well done!

Michael is the most patient man- I have a different problem in each foot and nothing was too much trouble for him to do.

Staff are polite and professional, Doctor is excellent, explains everything very well, Ordered custom orthotics for me, it takes about 2 weeks to get them.

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this podiatry place. The actual young podiatrist who treated me wasn’t bad at all, young man named Michael, he did everything to be professional and lovely but in the middle of the treatment the owner came in and called Michael out to obviously tell him he is taking too long and that resulted in him coming in and finishing the treatment within 5 min. It’s important to mention that he worked on my left foot for 45 min, as he said my feet were in a bad state after pregnancies and I was in a lot of pain and it took me a while to be able to get someone to look after my baby twins so I can finally be pain free and walk properly, and after he came back in the room he switched to my right foot and worked on it for literally 5 minuets and told me to make a double appointment next time. I did ask if there was someone waiting after me in the queue and they said NO! This was my first and last visit to this place and as someone who had been working in customer service my whole life I am appalled by this owners lack of comprehension in the very basics of customer service. Needless to say that my right foot is still in a great deal of pain. So I paid for half a treatment essentially.
