14Don’t bother calling as they won’t pick up, terrible service… tried calling for nearly 2 weeks multiple times a day with no answer. Such a waste of time
Sale item marked wrong. Refused to sell at price on tag.
Also no change rooms. As the fitting room was used to hold boxes of stock. So had to try clothes over mine in the store infront of mirrors. Obviously couldn't try pants/ tracksuits which was frustrating.
Bought a couple pairs of airforces from Brice, received great customer service.
There was a problem with delivery on one of the pairs but Brice has been really helpful and transparent throughout the process.
Don’t normally leave reviews but will in this case as it’s rare to experience customer service to this quality.
I headed in last night to purchase new runners and explained to the pale skinned, blonde haired teenager who greeted me with “Hey Bro” (I’m female) that I have overpronation and need a new set of supportive runners.
He said he had no idea what that was, and when I explained my ankles roll inward he didn’t hesitate to tell me that all their shoes would be fine, then asked me what colour shoe on the wall I liked best.
It took everything I had to not laugh as I walked out of the store and down to The Athletes Foot.
Please train your staff.
Today my son and I approached the store and was swiftly greeted by ‘Laghlan’ who was super friendly, knowledgeable and sold us some $300 ASICS in 2 minutes. I work in retail, he read our needs (we being in a rush) and met them- what a Pro

Price of my shoes went from 160 on the wall to 210 at the counter. How can you get that wrong? 30% mark up?
Still bought the pair but will be at JDs across from you from now on.

I bought a pair of Nike 270 online, 10 days later I’ve called enquiring about my item that haven’t arrived so to be told it’s out of stock! Requested my refund then to be told that I have to go to shop to get my refund, that was 3 months ago, very poor customer service, don’t recommend
Am trying to find a shoe and the lady I spoke to did the most and stayed on the phone. Very sweet and great service.
I visited this store a week (or two) ago, and I was greeted by an employee named Alex, who had a bad attitude and was incredibly rude. There was no hand sanitizer, we had to ask for some as well. When we asked for help with a product, he spoke to us as if he was superior to us. Another worker tried to help out, she was lovely, but was soon interrupted aggressively by Alex. He was coughing all over the place, was on his phone the whole time. Overall a really bad experience. Please improve the staff.

Got some great service from the manager Mark, very useful tips on running shoes. He seems like a real asset to Footlocker.
Will not be returning to this store again. I felt that I was a bother instead of a customer. What do these people think they are employed to do?
