12Went there to get 270s white blond ladie racially discriminating again me by judging me of my looks and cloths she proceeded to tell me “to go to the cheaper section” so I ended up buy 3 pairs of 270 for $690 the next week went back in to get a shoe cleaning kit the dark skinned ladie was so nice to me and was so professional
I bought Nike airmax 270 for my son on his birthday on April. The air unit in left shoe of the pair popped within 3 months. My son didn't tell me about the issue and started to use another pair of shoes for the last 3-4 months. Finally he told me about the issue yesterday. I called Nike customer service and they were very professional and helpful. The customer service representative was willing to proceed with a refund or a replacement and said it seems like the pair we bought doesn't meet Nike standards but they couldn't help further when I said I bought it from Foot Locker. We called Foot Locker customer service and again helpful, polite and professional. I was advised to visit a Foot Looker to assess the shoes and proceed with refund or store credit. When I visited the store i was met with a polite staff member. I explained what happened and the staff member assesed the shoes quickly and said it's wear and tear and is not faulty and cannot be accepted by the store. I kept asking the staff member what wear and tear happens in 3 months but the staff insisted that its wear and tear issue. From my own experience and based on what i know about Nike I don't believe a shoe made by a brand like Nike would break down due to wear and tear in 3 or 10 months. Although the staff member was extremely polite I felt that what I explained and said about what happened was dismissed and discredited by the staff member. I left the store disappointed and thinking did the staff member think I wasn't telling the truth and trying to trick the store to get some money back? I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome of my enquiry. I wish for my request to be revisited and escalated to a senior representative from Foot Locker.

Shop is good, although a lot of shoes can be bought for a lot cheaper online from various places, overpriced but good store
Went shopping Andrew walked in the store with my son and we were keen on seeing the basketball shoes and had dealings with Aron (not sure of spelling) we got a very good vibe off him and he was very warm and friendly and very helpful.
I ended up buying a Nike bag and he got me a new one from the back which was nice of him when he could of given me the one on the shelf and gave me a discount also.

Been calling since open time at 8am back to back calls. It’s almost 10am and still no one is answering!? It’s a Tuesday morning, surely can’t be that busy? !
I walked in and asked "hey have you got any shoes for $50", while they were finishing a sale they had on a week earlier. The guy went in the back and I thus thusly got $50 shoes. I'll be back.
NEVER EVER WILL I OR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY PURCHASE OUR KIDS SHOES FROM HERE AGAIN! Condescending and unprofessional, clueless staff who denied that Nike offers 2 year warranty on manufacturing faults and denied Footlocker having a customer service number. According to this particular staff member all correspondence must be via ema. Horrible experience. Go toWilliams. Excellent quality where ypu wont be treated like trash
Wish I could give 0 stars, had an absolute terrible experience at Broadmeadows Footlocker today. We regularly shop at Footlocker Highpoint and Watergardens and have never had this experience. Upon entering the store the staff were unhelpful. Once I approached a girl by the name of Yasmine the so called manager for assistance she was abrupt and very rude. She offered little assistance and guidance. She appeared to have very little knowledge of the products and policies in the store. So disappointed that Broadmeadows Footlocker has hired incapable and unprofessional staff, definitely not up to standard. I can only hope that this girl gets the help and training she needs to become a decent sales assistant/manager.
Very poor customer service would not recommend. The workers have no sale experience and walk around with no clue of what they are doing. Not helpful at all, very shocked!
There didn't let me pick my order they so rude I was focused to buy small nike jacket and they told me to walk out of the store with it they tricked me they only what my 50 dollors those scumbag.
