Foot Locker

Had a pretty bad experience in this store related to the service. Their attitudes are neither welcoming nor helpful at all, specially the manager Hunter’s. Anyhow, purchased the sneakers ‘cause I loved the styles so much. But won’t recommend this store to anyone.

Staffs will not be helping you at all. They are just busy chatting to each other. Terrible customer service.

Pathetic customer service! Walked in at 20.30,30 minutes before close time and 3 staff members standing around ignoring me - I found a T shirt I wanted to try on and both changing rooms had out of order on them, I asked the worker - where can I try this on, and he said "you cant, sorry" and the girl looked at me like I was keeping them back and she says "thanks" implying to get out! I honestly reckon they put that out of order sign on changing rooms to avoid having late shoppers keeping them back.really terrible service, foot locker need to rectify this store before they ruin their reputation

Had a recent visit looking for a pair of nike pegasus 40s, and received help from the PRETTIEST girl ever.i think her name was sammi, but i was too nervous to ask more.she made footlocker feel like home because it was my first time.she HIT me with that product knowledge, absolutely charming aura, and her attention to not detail but me as a customer.seriously a great experience, i’ll be coming back for more sammi!

What an awful experience Foot Locker! Staff running around harassing customers over hand sanitiser, obsessed behaviour I have not seen in any other retail store. I suggest if buying shoes you visit the Hype store next door a much friendlier atmosphere and staff. At no point in time has anyone at Footlocker considered the impact of these chemical concoctions they impose on people, skin conditions, allergic reactions, spread of virus through the touching of the hand pumps. All these factors were never considered when asked and totally dismissed by the ill-informed store manager. I will avoid this store and this retailer now and after COVID eases. The Footlocker group have not considered any risk impact their chemical sanitiser policy may have on customers nor do they care. Further more Foot Locker are not compliant with the Work Health and Safety Act and must provide the Materials Safety Data Sheet on display for the chemicals they are forcing on their customers, as a work place Foot Locker must be compliant with the Victorian DHHS and WorkSafe directives, in short avoid this store.

I bought it for my friend bd’s gift, the staff doesn’t show me the box or tell me that the box is rip (really bad) before I paid. If i know or notice that the box is rip i will not buy it and this is the last pair of the size that i want. So i have to bring it and walk around to find the shop to exchange or return and wait for my money back for 5 days! Seriously
