Foot Locker

Tried to call multiple times to confirm that the QV store did in fact contact them to put a shoe on hold but NO answer. When we arrived, the staff said they were not contacted and did NOT have the shoe in stock. The staff also confirmed that the phone doesn't work. Why have a number listed if it doesn't work? Complete waste of time and disappointing service.

Went shopping for shoes last night. Very polite and lovely staff who are very helpful and go out of their way to help you! Keep up the great work!

This store deserves 0 stars. Staff dont acknowledge customers too busy playing on their phones. When they do finally serve you they bring you the wrong size. Music is blasting so loud probably why staff are hard of hearing.

Wont answer their phones - within open hours - over and over - disgusting service - will shop elsewhere - your loss was going to buy 2 pair of work boots - no one answers the phone at all in this store

The new place is amazing but the best assest was the legend named Khoder. Khoder went out of his way to help me out with his enthusiastic energy and personality. The guy is an absolute legend and made me so happy to shop their. Whoever hired Khoder did an amazing job, honestly such an incredible person

Worst customer service. Empty shop with 4 staff members and no service. When I went to approach then they would look away.wont be back

Very happy with this store, the young man Joshua that help my son was very well mannered and knowledgeable. Thanks Josh, we'll be back.

Bad customer service.walked in tried to ask the woman who works there about a pair of shoes and could hardly hear her as she had music turned up so loud. She didnt want to help me and wanted to get back to listening to her music.

Bought a few pairs of sneakers from here, and never had any issues. Brilliant service and the employees have always been patient and helpful when looking to buy something.

Store used to be some what decent with the old manager. Now it’s sold short kid that knows nothing about customer service. I came in to ask for they had a pair of shoes in stock and she agitated and annoyed because she was on her phone. I would not return

Manager is some short midget girl, gives you attitude if you ask if there’s something in stock. Would not return. I think she used to work at highpoint but no body liked her so she had to move to Epping

Staff was nice besides the manager. She made the experience really uncomfortable. I would not return here if the SHORT manager is working. By short I mean she is like 1.4 metres

Terrible staff, basically got harassed into buying a shoe then received dirty looks when refusing to.

A lot of time waisters go there and keep the staff from serving genuine customers with cash first time I went there I got served buy a girl she wasn’t 100% switched on but that’s ok so I went there again three days later and got looked after by Zach his an adsolute legend and because his customer care was top shelf I spent $800 without hesitation well done Zach and the other to blokes they were awesome too well done boys keep up the good work

Amazing customer service, very pleased with my experience.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, I would 1000% recommend dropping by! It does get quite busy but I notice the team stays consistent and controls the environment to keep it at a comfortable pace and they ensure it is a positive experience for all! I have never had a problem visiting!

Great service and helpful stuff and the fact that the stuff don't try to sale you things you don't need one of the friendliest footlockers I have ever been too

Poor service everyone who was serving was hella rude and did not even smile or show any sort of welcome. After I asked for help they did not even help me properly. There’s literally no range or variety of shoes.

Staff rude, really poor choice of shoes. Dissatisfied with service product and attitude. 1 star
