19Normally I get all my shoes here but last 2 times, the few visible staff in the store are busy doing other things. We had to request our sizing for various shoes ourselves but when we went to pay there were three staff just hanging out at the counter. Not great service. Both times ended up buying somewhere else
Great, easygoing staff. Heaps of parking available. The shoes were fantastic but extremely expensive
We bought a pair of new school shoes dke my daughter. They xoat a lot of money, but quality and comfort are important.
Anyway, after only two days, my daughter somehow lost a single shoe. After a little back and forth, the VERY nice staff at Foot Locker Frankston replaced a single shoe, without charge. I could ot be more chuffed. So, to the crew at Frankston Foot Locker, THANK YOU. LEGENDARY service!
Great store and very helpful staff, I purchased a pair of Asics runners, note: I went to 4 other stores first, however Foot Locker has the best service. 5 Stars

Brought I pair of air Jordan 1 space jam mid from Frankston yesterday and got home and found out that I shoe was missing the lace. I have been to to sort this out with footlocker with no luck because the customer service is bots and the contact number is no good for the store. I am not driving 200km back if I don’t even know if they will have a pair to replace. Unless something is done about this I would never shop at footlocker again and for everyone else buyer beware

Today we went to footlocker, we were served by a friendly and a very professional staff named Jasmine. Her customer service level was excellent. We were after Nike Air Maxx shoes. She is doing a wonderful job in such a busy time, I wish her a bright future.
Started serving my car here and repairs. They installed my new a/c and I were able to pay in installments with a purchase plan. Very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend.

Purchased Nike air max 90's from Frankston store. Not in stock, so store rings Chadstone which confirms stock. Happily pay for delivery, 2- 3 days. 1 week later, ring store to be told order cancelled and should have recieved email which is NOT the case. Another customer yesterday, same situation.
Now we have to return to store get money refunded onto card, which can't be done over the phone. Should have gone to Platypus next door! Communication breakdown!
Great staff measured my feet and then advised me that none of their footwear would fit me, they then advised me which shop to go to to get shoes that would fit me
The service was pretty average and it seemed like the staff were more so trying to reach sales targets than offer a great customer experience. Perhaps a fault of the chain and not so much an individual reflection on the staff, I'm not sure.
I was asked if I wanted to become a Footlocker Club Member for a discount, which I agreed to, then later found out via email my particulars such as date of birth weren't even correct - none of which the staff member asked for. This could be attributed to the number of customers to staff ratio as the staff were run off their feet.
I think having just one extra staff member could have made a significant difference, but I also know wages are high and the cost may out weigh the return.
In summary, if you want a good experience here, I suggest going at a time when there is likely to be little to no demand on staff and you could potentially have a much better experience.
I purchased a shoes online and got the order confirmation I have been waiting over Christmas to only be told that the shoe is no longer in stock and I would be refunded! This is such a great way for them sit on my money because they are not able to update their systems. Making a nice profit on interest while never having my shoes in the first place. Never use these crooks again
Went there with my friend they got shoe's, friendly staff great service, and made a bit of progress he did.
