Very friendly staff, with special mention going to David who served my partner and I at the counter. I purchased a t-shirt and hoodie on sale, and we exchanged banter about quality moustache products after I complimented him on his mo'. You can tell he enjoys his job because he was genuinely friendly.
Very happy with the service received and we'll definitely be back on our next Melbourne visit.

Best staff out of any retail space that I've found in all of Melbourne. Both the Staff good sell Ice to an eskimo or Coke to Pablo Escobar plus they find you best deals & genuinely give an Eff.

I have Massive crush on 2 Manager's - Amelia & Muscles. They rock & always hook me up plus they even helped me find my Gear when it went missing! "A ball a day, keeps the doctor away".

While I found the items I had been looking for and was served by a guy known as chubby who was helpful the loud music was distracting and hard to hear what he was saying on a few occasions why do stores need to play loud music do they think it will drive more customers into the store I couldn't wait to get out as it was a bit much also what is happening to the Footlocker loyalty card are they being discontinued or phased out as the discounts help with me who doesn't have a lot of money to spend

Had the worst experience ever. Bought a pair of runners online and brought them to the store to return bcs they had no cushioning at all. The store refused to return them bcs i took them for a run once to realise that the description on the website was a total scam.
Additionally, there’s no way you can call the store bcs I was told they don’t have a phone in store. Their website’s chat service told me to take it to the store and they’ll return em which was not the case.

I would just rate them as unprofessional and inconsiderate. I basically have a spare set of runners which I’d never use.

I just wanted to thank the whole team i really forgot to ask them their names but one of them his name is Sean M really help me a lot and he welcomed us back when we got there again that was really sweet so thanks for your amazing work

Just want to mention the Amazing service we received from Jacob. He was super friendly and helpful and we were very impressed with how lovely he was. The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant. Even the ground floor staff at the register were great. Thank you so much. Really appreciate you looking after us.

I don’t know if they have a better shoe collection compared to other stores but their customer service is so mediocre. The sales women are so inattentive. The point of being a salesperson is lost on them. If you like something buy online.

I went to this store at around 245pm today and staff working upstairs were ridiculously unhelpful. No offer to help or eye contact. They were just too busy chatting. Shame that this store used to be so good but staff need to be trained properly.

On the 15/10/2022 i went into 327-329 BOURKE ST MALL Footlocker in Melbourne and bought some NMD R1 V2 AUTUMNAL MESA the shoe number is: 244207176504090. Since they didn't have my size in stock they said they could get a pair shipped to my house in Sydney. I remember checking over all the delivery information and it was correct, how ever i just looked at my email receipt and it has the incorrect address on it, instead of being 29 wackett st, its 29 wack st. When the customer support team finally got back to me with the tracking number saying i had to change it through Australia Post, it was already to late and they had begun returning the item to the sender as the address the employee put in doesn't exist. I managed to get ahold of another customer support team wondering if they could resend back to me, but that is also against your policy and the only way i can get a refund is i have to wait for the shoes to return back to the sender, get a confirmation email and then go to my nearest footlocker and get a refund.

It’s quite busy for such a small place (ground floor). Staff was incredibly nice and helpful — we spoke to a lady who helped us process a delivery purchase without a hitch.

I was in store today and Stephanie assisted me. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you for your amazing customer service stephanie:)

Totally useless staff who have no idea how to help fitting the right kind of shoe for kids.
"What size is he?
"I was hoping you would help measure and fit the right shoe"
"We don't size kids feet only men's shoes" But are more than happy repeating "They look totally cool" even to the point of saying that to the original shoes they walked in with.

An amazing experience here! All the staff where extremely friendly and the location and venue is very well presented and nice! Both myself and my girlfriend brought shoes and where very pleased with our experience in a whole! The footlocker across the city where also very helpful!

Saw a ‘mega sale’ advertised after Christmas. Asked if the Nike Vapormaxes were on sale and salesperson gave me a sarcastic laugh followed by a ‘no’. Later, I found a similar pair on half price at their competitor at MC. Bruh you sell Nike shoes mass produced in Vietnam, stop tryna act like they’re some kind of rare commodity.

Always buy my shoes from footlocker, have done for over 20years now, always getting discounts and free stuff, but south yarra stores closed permanently for some reason, Dan now I just ordered online.

This is another great Foot Locker. Staff are really friendly and the store is kept relatively clean and tidy. There is plenty of stock available and so many options to choose from. The store it self wasn't to busy but it defiantly wasn't empty. Overall it was a great experience will be coming here again and making further purchases in the future.
