Foot Locker

A small store with limited stuff but great customer service! All the stars for the girl who was really good at customer service.

Small footlocker, decent amount of sale items. Staff were ok helping wise. Stock diversity was ok, I can’t believe they didn’t sell thongs, devastated!

Rude staff
Dont care about customers and their enquiries. If thats their attitude then i too can go and spend my money where they care for customer.

The guy work their name Jimmy was very rude and lazy to get the size I was interested to buy. He said thats what they have available whereas their website show they had shoes available. He didn’t bother to check at least.

Big thanks to Michael who looked after me, kitted me out in some fresh as kicks and provided great customer service! Much appreciated

Sometimes the staff can be a little uninterested to serve you, a little bit lazy. Sort of like the staff at a McDonalds restaurant, they don't care much about the business, if it fails or not.

The guy that helped my young daughter today at watergardens shopping centre was extremely patient and amazing (unfortunately didn'tgethis name), showing her all the options she can get on the computer. Advising her and educating her regarding the fit and comfort of her shoe and what to expect when first wearing them.
Highly recommend the shop and staff that work as a team.
As for the stock, they had a decent selection with a range of prices.

Best footlocker I’ve ever been to in my entire life. So much better than platypus and athletes foot which don’t even compare. Foot locker watergardens consistently provides the best service and my feet are very satisfied. The products? Amazing. The service? Impeccable. The staff? Sexy. I will definitely be returning.

Recently visited this Footlocker, and i have to say, the customer service is top notch. Friendly and helpful staff, greeting customers and having conversation and not being robots. Didn't catch the names of these two, but the two small asian dudes were very helpful, knowledgable and fun. Overall great experience, and will definitely be returning.

This shop can get very busy at times which is a good thing of course. A beautiful lady with long dark hair was super helpful on a few occasions, always friendly in spite of all the chaos hahaha. They have a great range for everyone, big and small. Thank you
